Called based on other 5-star Yelp Reviews. Not only was the phone picked up immediately, but Joel, the tech, came over in less than an hour. Within that hour, I got a three updates regarding his arrival time....I love professionally communicated service like that! He corrected the problem in short order, gave me estimate for various part repairs (to be considered at another time) and emailed it to my inbox before I walked back into the house.

The spring on our garage door broke all of a sudden yesterday. My husband found Tip-top Garage Door and Gate Service the next day and called them. Joel answered and said he or a technician could be out that same day. He originally said around 3 or 3:30pm which was good but the technician called and said he could come out earlier which he did. John showed up earlier as he said, assessed the situation, gave us a very reasonable quote and had it fixed quickly. We would use them again! Thank you Tip-top Garage Door and Gate Service!!

I highly recommend Tiptop Door and Gate Service. The bottom panel of our garage door had got damaged by a vehicle. Tiptop came out and gave us a few different options to go with for fixing. It was going to be a panel replacement and match. They ordered our panel and came out and installed so quickly. The customer service was great and professional. We would definitely use them again for any future issues and I would recommend them to family and friends.

The best, knowledgeable, honest, efficient company and employees.. one of our Board members had an old business card of Tip Top’s and we decided to call them for their community’s gate, and it was the best decision ever.. we now use Tip Tip at ALL of our HOA communities we manage that have gates.. Joel has serviced my garage at home two times and his prices and parts are the best and best quality.. I cannot recommend them enough!

Cannot speak highly enough of this company, when our gate wasn't working they were willing to come diagnose the problem for free when most places wanted $150+, they came the same day and they need up needing to replace the entire motor- and came and finished it the next day! Worked perfectly for a week but unfortunately the motor ended up having an issue (manufacturing fluke no fault of theirs), and when we called they had a guy at our house within 15 MINUTES. Super nice and reliable guys and incredible customer service.

This company was amazing to work with. I needed my garage door repaired on a Friday night. I called the company that originally installed my parent’s garage door and they had me waiting on standby for 2 hours. I understand it was a Friday night but, they repeatedly told me I’d get a call back within an hour. When I called Tiptop the person on the phone answered even before the 1st ring could be completed. Our garage door needed to be replaced. We checked out several companies and found Tiptop Door had the best prices and quality products. Jon did an excellent job describing our options and provided a recommendation that worked best for us. Because our old door was dented but the mechanism to open and close the door was relatively new, Jon recommended a new door but told us we could use the existing garage door motor. I needed a repair on my garage door immediately because a panel was cracked and sagging significantly. I found Tiptop on Yelp.com with excellent reviews. Joel answered the phone immediately and arranged for a serviceman to inspect my garage door as soon as I had availability the same day. John arrived as scheduled, assessed the damage, and was able to put a strut inside the garage door to handle the buckling panel. I called this company for the quote and they immediately came to our house. Gave us a very fair price compare to other companies and fixed everything in a short time. Very pleasant staff. Had minor issue in couple of months with another part of the garage door and they quickly send someone and fixed it free of the charge since it was minor.

Tip-top Garage Door and Gate Service came out at no cost to look at our garage door opener which was not working. John was very courteous and professional and explained everything that was going on with the opener and fixed it in minutes, again at no charge. Great PR and service. I will definitely be using this company if and when the need arises.
