Customer service is top notch!!! We had a spring break on a Saturday morning and couldn't open our garage door. We called Lockout and the owners answered and turned right around from a trip they were taking. They came to our house within a couple hours to help us open the door to get our cars out. The spring was replaced that Monday! Can't recommend them enough!!

Fast service with decent rate!
want to write a review and a recommendation of Lackout Garage Doors!
Justin was just here, it took him less then 5 min to arrive.
My garage door didn’t open at all, it made some ticking sounds and nothing happened!
while I was explaining to him what i did to try and fix it, he already said that he knows what the problem is. he replaced an old part from the motor and voila!!! The door is working again!
I cannot thank you enough, you truly saved me!
