We ordered an unusual commercial roll up door in a blue color that isn’t commonly ordered for a residence. Lance and the rest of the staff at Bedford were awesome from start to finish with our order and we got our door installed quickly and absolutely love it. We were quoted a much higher price from another company as well, so go with Bedford for a reasonable quote! We highly recommend them!

Lance immediately emailed a quotation in response to my inquiry sent via their website ... on a weekend. We clarified all questions and details and he revised the quotation to meet our specific requirements. After reviewing two competitive bids, we made the decision to use Bedford Overhead Doors because of their response, knowledge, pricing and high level of performance to that point. My garage door was not working at all. I called Bedford at 7 pm expecting to leave a message and Lance picked up. He asked my several questions and walked me through some steps. Lance and Chris are the best! This was the second time in a few years that Bedford has come out for a same-day repair. The first was a fairly straight-forward spring replacement. This repair was much more difficult with the lower panel wheel assembly completely bent backwards. At first it looked like a new garage door was in my future but Chris decided to try repairing the old door first. Let's just say he is a garage door magician in my opinion. I think the panel / wheel assembly is probably stronger than it was when it was new. He even did some extra work to better align the rails so we

I was told by Home Depot that Bedford would send a technician to measure my garage door track before the actual installation occurred. They never did that. Instead, the technician arrived to tell me I needed to buy a track extension, which I did. The technician arrived a second time, then told me I needed to pay an addition $150 service fee. When I explained that I'd already pre-paid the fee to Home Depot, they told me that charge would be refunded. It didn't happen. Instead, they absorbed the money, charging me for the initial visit where no service was

I purchased a garage door opener at Home Depot and paid $117 for installation. Bedford Overhead Door was the company Home Depot contracted with for the install. I spoke with Mark from Bedford Overhead Door and scheduled the install. I was given a time window between 8am and 10am. Bedford Overhead Door never showed up so I called and left a message. I have still not received any response from the company regarding their failure to appear for my install.

Lance was totally accommodating! Called on a Monday as I wanted to get new doors as a surprise for the wife and within a week new doors and openers were installed!

Lance came first thing in the morning. Determined the broken spring and stripped overhead trolley. My sectional door is not what I want and the opener is done. I had been looking before the opener failed. (Think harmonic convergence here!?!) He has really nice replacements at great prices. I'm really excited to be upgrading to a really nice door and opener.
