This is a disappointing review to write considering I had used Michael two other times.
My boss wanted to get the carpets cleaned in the office so I referred PQ Carpet to my office manager. She spoke to Michael and booked the appointment. He pulled a no show. This was upsetting considering we had got our staff to clear the floor and prepare for the weekend along with keeping a staff member on late Friday to wait for him.
Additionally, we had an important company coming in to videotape the office, so, my boss had to step in, look for a new carpet guy and get them in on the fly spending more money

Carpet cleaning went really well, and took care of our old carpet. Our carpet needed a good cleaning since we’ve been living here and hadn’t got the carpet clean in a while. Took about an hour, and we couldn’t be any happier with the result. We definitely weren’t expecting it to look like the first day we installed it, but we also weren’t expecting it to look this clean. Owner did a great job and the carpet took about 2 hours to dry up. Owner even leaned our room as well at no additional charge, and it was spot on!

I had Michael come clean our white carpets in June. I have had several different carpet cleaners clean my carpets and I must say Michael did the best job. He was quick but they turned out beautifully and they dried much faster then when I had other carpet cleaners. I will not be trying to find another carpet cleaner...I have found the best!

Found PQ carpet cleaning thru Yelp and Michael the owner and operator did an outstanding job on cleaning 3 areas in my house. I liked his method of cleaning carpet, it really draws out the dirt and uses very small amount of liquid, making the area in about an hour and half walkable.
I highly recommends Michael and will definitely call him next time. Another happy client thru Yelp.

Michael was pleasant and did good work. He told my wife a price but she did not have her checkbook so I grabbed mine. He gave me the price and I wrote a check....Fast forward to the next day where he called my wife and said he misquoted and we owed him an additional $75. I called and spoke to him and told him to put himself in my shoes. You do the job and we pay you what you told both of us what the price is but now we didn't pay you enough. Just a poor ending to the experience and I offered to split the difference to be done with it. I would not recommend and would be interested to hear if

Worst cleaning carpet ever! This guy not only did the worst job ever (left all the dirt on the carpet) but ruined my just painted walls, and even scratched the wooden floors with his machine. Michael came to my place, saw the carpet that needed to be cleaned, gave me a price, and at the end increased the price 40% stating that his average fee was $165 per hour.
I would not have problem with the fee if the carpet have been cleaned properly and my walls and floor was not damage.
Not a recomendable person!

Michael is a really good guy. He had a big project before my house so he wound up coming about an hour late. Usually, I'd be very annoyed with this, but but my tongue because he notified me by phone and honestly has one of the most competitive rates I've found so far.
He's a friendly guy who likes to converse, which is off putting to some, but I found it pleasant.

This is the BEST carpet cleaning that I have ever had! The owner, Michael, is very personable and expert in the job. He cleaned the downstairs, stairs and upstairs hall of my house today. And his machine leaves only a little lint behind. It dries quickly and his cleaning machine is quiet. I highly recommend him!!!

I contacted PQ Carpet Cleaning after our normal guy's machine broke and canceled the appointment without rescheduling for a later date. I called around playing phone tag with other companies and getting their stuffy reps. I will never call PQ Carpet Cleaning again. I had called to set up an appointment to have Michael come out the day before Thanksgiving. He was a no show. It took him over 2 hours to finally call me to tell me that he wasn't coming. Stated that he forgot his appointment book at home that had my address. Then he said that he tried calling his wife to have her give him the address but she wasn't home. Said that he tried to text me but the text wouldn't go through. This review IS LONG OVERDUE!!! Michael and PQ Carpet Cleaning ARE THE BOMB!!! I was house sitting for my boyfriend and we had just moved the renters out. The carpets were UNBELIEVABLY DIRTY!! I called PQ Carpet Cleaning for my 92 year old neighbor as she wanted to get her carpets cleaned. We talked to Micheal, the owner of the company who was extremely accommodating and professional over the phone. He showed up on time and was very nice. He explained the products and process so we would know exactly what he was going to do. When he was done the carpets looked amazing. One of the neighbors begged to have him come clean her carpets when he was done, which he did. I would very much recommend Micheal and PQ Carpets to anyone I know.

PQ Carpet Cleaning provides high quality service at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with the results. Michael takes pride in his work and is not afraid to use some elbow grease. He was able to get some deep stains up and out of my carpet that I thought were permanent. The carpets look great and dried in about half the time it usually took. I had a wonderful experience with PQ Carpet Cleaning and Michael Healey. I based my decision on him by the reviews on line here which he does have the highest rating for carpet cleaning in North County Inland and for a very good reason. Our carpets had some bad spots due to past cats we owned and i couldn't believe how much was cleaned up. I would have only thought seeing carpet that clean would be with new carpet. Extremely reasonable rate, especially for the "hard to do" stains that were in two of the rooms. Michael personally was a pleasure to deal with and was very patient as we had to reschedule
