Ken Madden founder of Shiloh Custom Homes & Landmark West Builder has over 40 years of successful experience in home, commercial building, and development. This wealth of successful experience has earned Ken the recognition of a Master Builder. Ken began his career as a home builder in Durango, Colorado in the early 1970's.
Ken Madden is the owner of Shiloh Builders. With over 40 years building custom homes, Ken is considered a Master Builder in our luxury custom homes building community. Ken began his career in Durango, Colorado in the early 1970's. In 1987 Ken relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona and founded "Shiloh Custom Homes".
Shiloh Builders goal is to deliver a commercial structure that provides spaciousness and functionality our client wants. The "Mercado Escuela" means The School Market. It is in the heart of Cave Creek, right by the old Black Mountain Elementary School. The Mercado reflex the beautiful history of this area.
This premier development is comprised of 57 single family homesites ranging in size from acre to over 1 acres in size. Mountain views and pine trees along with a tranquil 4 acre park enhanced the Cow Creek provided a peaceful setting for this project. The project was completed in 2003. Completed in 2004 Riverwood Park was sold out within months of being offered.
