I went there looking for a car for my daughter, I saw a special on a Volvo and fell in love with it although it was already sold. Just bought my 2nd vehicle from Jayware. Joel was awesome! Just bought a '09 VW Jetta 2.5L. So far, running perfect. For a 9 year old car it is in amazing shape. Looks beautiful.
There were 2 VW recalls on it for ABS, Jayware brought it to VW and they took care of it. I believe, you can trust a place that lets you access carfax online for free. Plus, they will provide a printout while there. They may not have 100's of cars on their lot, but it appears to me they prefer to sell Quality vehicles.

Joel was such a welcome encounter in a world where I was beginning to lose faith and hope. I’d been given the run around and was finding most dealers I was dealing with, to be pushy and desperate. Joel was a true gentleman. Upfront, friendly and kind. I will definitely be back again when I need a new car.

Worked with Joel to get a car for a seemingly good deal, 107k miles for $4000. About 2.5 months later the check engine light comes on so I go to get it inspected. Mechanic (along with two other places that deal specifically with transmissions) tell me that the entire transmission needs to be rebuilt: a job that costs around $3000. Along with his mechanic, he flat out lied saying that everything on the car was clean. Never buying anything from here again and recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

First of all let me start by saying that there isn't a harder working and honest guy as Jay. He is honest and actually cares about the cars and his clients. I would recommend him and Joel any day of the week. I wouldn't buy a used car from anybody else. The man has been in business over 30 years....that speaks for itself

I have bought 2 cars from Jayware. One for my daughter a couple of years ago and one for my son just last month. After going to multiple dealers and getting the runaround with fees , false advertising etc. We ended up at Jayware were my son found a 2005 Altima with low miles. After checking it out we were sold. The price was the price with no bs and they actually gave us a break on the listed price. It was a no hassle experience and we drove out that night with the car!!! Thank You Jayware!!! Definitely recommend Jayware to anyone looking for a used car!!!

Bought a 2000 Buick La Sabre from Jay-ware auto sales. I found a lot of Anti Freeze on the driveway and still under warranty, Jay-ware sent me to Tint World to fix Anti Freeze leak. The car went to the shop three times for testing and I was told problem is fixed, however the car was still losing Anti freeze internally.
I had a fight with the salesman at Jay-ware due to my frustration with Tint World not being able to expedite finding cause of leak and fixing the problem.
Six months later, I took the car to a different repair shop to fix the anti freeze leak. it cost me $700 to fix the issue by

Great bunch of guys. Honest, polite, and fair. Visited many times before I finally found a car, and never once were they impatient. When I eventually bought a car, we were able to negotiate a fair deal quickly. When I picked up the car, it had a few minor problems...and they immediately accepted the problem and arranged for repairs...at their cost. Not once did they try to weasel out of it. Don't take my word for it, though. Stop by and speak with them about what you're looking for. You'll see there are still car dealers that do honest business with no gimmicks.
