Very friendly and professional. I could always count on Super Bright to do a great job. Honest and reliable. Very trustworthy and went above and beyond my expectations. Super Bright Cleaning Service has provided us with solid dependable service for several years. We requested and received the same person, Sandra, every 2 weeks for routine cleaning of our house. She is always cheerful and professional, doing a careful consistent job. This allows us to receive cleaning individualized to our personal preferences. We have seen how nicely the staff is treated and the quality level of support with equipment and transportation the owner provides. We might find a cheaper offer but feel good about using this service as this is on a more professional basis.

I chose this company to clean our house after some major construction based on yelp reviews. They sent one person out to clean our 2200 square foot home. She did a superficial job at best. She used a feather duster to clean shutters that had sat in construction for two months. There is still grime on them that still needs to be WIPED off with a damp rag. She left a layer of oven cleaner in the oven that I then had to wipe out again myself. Baseboards never got wiped and fixtures and ceiling fans also got the feather duster treatment. It was super easy to schedule my move out clean with Super Bright. They asked me some questions about the size of my place and if I needed the fridge, oven, cabinets cleaned and were able to give me a quote over the phone. Other places wanted to come by and give me a quote and then come by later to do the work. I really appreciated how simple it was to communicate through all stages of the cleaning. I spoke to David earlier this week. He answered his phone right away. He took down my phone number and address and we scheduled a time to meet. He did not show up. He did not call.
Update: He called and left a message. He was supposed to meet in the morning. He called back after 5:00pm to apologize and set up another meeting. I was looking forward to meeting him and establishing a good professional relationship, but he wasted my time and I can't abide that.

I never thought I'd hire a cleaning company on an ongoing basis, but I'm afraid I am exactly that person. I maintain the house throughout the week, but instead of me having chores all weekend, like back in the dark ages, these angels deep clean a room a week and I have a social life. They are professional and really very flexible. I've called them off due to illness, no worries. I've also had to call them after a few disasters. You deserve your weekend back, do it.

I have been using Super Bright for more than two years now. They always do a great job and at a reasonable price. They bring all the cleaning supplies so I save some money not having to buy my own. I hired them to clean my 84 year old mother's house every other week. David showed up for the interview with my mother and seemed ok. He was suppose to come between 8 and 9 he showed up at 10 am with three filipino women. he left one behind to clean. she took about 90 minutes to clean the entire two bedroom condo and then sat for 2 hrs until David came to pick her up. The girl told my mother that sometimes he makes her wait until 5:00 to pick her up. My wife and I used these guys... they were decent, but almost every time we came home they were there still cleaning--it was a bit off putting. Kind of like, "um, okay, what do I do in my home while you guys are still cleaning."
We would ask them to please do it between 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. but they would be there at like 6 p.m. when we would get home.
Nice people, but definitely a bit annoying.

They did our move-out cleaning and cleaned EVERYTHING spotless. I recently contacted someone in my area (not super bright) for a quote for my 1 bedroom apartment, and they couldn't come close to the value of super bright. Why would I pay someone to clean a 1 bedroom for the same price super bright charged

Super Bright is AWESOME! We have been using them for approximately 3 years for our personal home and our office! I have never been happier with a housekeeping company. We used the Yelp Deal but be prepared they kind of do the bate and switch technique. He will want to meet you at the place to be cleaned and he will up sell you. Our place is exactly 750sq. ft and I told him it was a one bedroom not a studio. He met with my wife at the residence and we had mentioned the Yelp deal, next thing you know the price is $200. And he states that the place is bigger than he thought! Ya right! On the day of the cleaning I was told to meet him at the residence at 2PM he never showed until 2:45PM and the Cleaning Lady did not speak much English so It was hard to communicate

Super Bright was amazing! I called them midday and they came out that night for a quick consult for my home. The cleaning occurred a few days later and it was spectacular! I was extremely happy with the results and the staff members that I was able to meet! I had a house that was left messy by the previous occupants. I attempted to hire a cleaning crew to clean the house. $400 + after the 1st cleaning crew it looked as if nothing was cleaned.
For a better price I hired Super Bright and they showed up the very next day. They did a better job for less money than the other cleaning company.
I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a good deep cleaning or need to flip a property as a rental.
