Big Branch Tree Service did an excellent job cutting down 4 large palm trees and trimming 11 palm trees in my garden. They were very professional to work with, obviously knew exactly what they were doing and very efficient. Their prices were excellent and they came right away and got my job completed within only a few days of when I first called them.

I highly recommend Big Branch! I had a bunch of overgrown planters and neglected trees on my newly purchased property. Rosendo was quick to respond and and the team came to evaluate my project within a day or two. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, to move things or just tear them out completely. Rosendo is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me which trees were potentially damaging my patio and surrounding structures. We decided on a project scope, the price was very fair, the team worked hard and really did a fantastic job. I will call them again!

Big Branch Tree Service left a card at my door right when I really needed work done on my palm trees. They came by to see my trees and give me a very competitive and fair estimate, gave me very professional advice and completed my job within only a few days of my initial call. They were efficient and clearly really know what they are doing. They took down 4 palm trees and trimmed 11 in my yard. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with and cleaned up my property really well before they left. Trimmed our tree and removed a few others with a minimum of fuss at a good price. Arrived on time, with face coverings, and took care of everything in a day just like they said they would. We have a big California Pepper tree that was overhanging the neighbor's yards. The guys trimmed it back and cleaned up all the dropped branches. We also had them remove a Mexican Palm and three 20' tall yuccas. Stumps were ground down below grade and you can't tell they were ever there. The yard was cleaned up afterwards and everything removed from the property. Would use Big Branch again.

Save the time of getting other quotes. This company knows the market and the prices and will win your business on price alone. Then to step it up a notch they will show up on time, work fast, and leave your project looking exactly like it should be. I had a quote on Tuesday and my complete juniper bush removal was completed on that Saturday in 4hrs.

We contacted Big Branch Tree Service for two different jobs: the removal of two Mexican fan palms and a cleaning and thinning of a 55 ft Blue Gum tree. They came out to inspect the property within two days of our contacting them and submitted reasonable quotes for both jobs. Both palms were in difficult, restricted spaces but were removed completely and the ground leveled in about four hours. The workers were very courteous and efficient; leaving the property clean and undamaged. The crew came back out for our second appointment and spent close to eight hours on the tree. Company was on time and removed a pepper tree from my yard. They were quick and didn't damage anything. The reason for the lower review is because they were supposed to put a herbicide on the roots so the tree wouldn't grow back ( which the pepper tree is known for). I specifically had this as part of the quote. They didn't spray with herbicide but said they would come back. After a few times of them saying they will come, they never did. They also stopped responding to my messages. Now my roots are sprouting. It's one cause of my retaining wall failing and now I have

Just had 5 30' Queen Palm trees removed down to the stump yesterday by Big Branch. They were responsive with the initial estimate as well as scheduling service. They had the lowest price after getting several other estimates, and the two men who came to do the job yesterday were efficient and professional. I'd definitely recommend them for tree cutting service.

Extremely happy with a big Branch tree service. They came quickly when we requested a quote for the trimming and shaping of our Large overgrown Benjamina Ficus and were able to schedule service shortly after. I was so happy with the turn out as I did not want the tree to look butchered after. We asked that it still show greenery. They gave us great tips and were very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them for future trimmings.
