I took my 2018 A7 on for an oil change, light bulb replacement and 60k mi service. The service was completed in a timely fashion. When I was on the way home I realized the seatbelt warning light was still on. I’m not sure if I mentioned it at drop off. But my expectation is that during a 60k mile service and over $1000 spent the service department would address any warning lights on the dash.

Took my car for servicing due to engine light on. After diagnosis, I was told the blower had went out for catylictic converter and take car home until part comes in. I was told it would cost $865 for repair and given paperwork.That was on a Thursday, stated part would be in following Tuesday. Wait two weeks no call or contact. Called and was told to bring car in Tuesday of the following week. Took care in and was given a loaner and was told the car would be ready by Thursday and they would call me when it was ready.. Every time I have gone into Audi Charlotte over the last few years, I’ve had a very positive experience. Charles My service coordinator is always very professional, detail oriented and knowledgeable. The work done on my car has always been completed correctly. I really like the paint touch up service, it keeps my car looking new from door dings to minor chips from rocks from the road.

They tell you who your service advisor will be and as soon as you walk in, they greet you again immediately. Great experience with Audi Charlotte. I started the process of checking out an Audi Q5 on Thursday, June 17. Tyler was so nice & helpful over email & phone. I went to the dealership the next day. Tyler was working with another customer & had Grant assist me. Grant was just as nice & helpful. Went through all the features & accompanied me on a test drive. *edit* Nancy, the service manager, contacted me after she saw my review. She explained to me the service person who initially submitted my insurance didn't tell anyone that I was coming in on Saturday, which led to all the confusion. Nancy was the "senior service" person I was referring to in my original post and she seemed very on-top of it. She offered a refund to my fuel cap, which the insurance did cover, and offered to work with me going forward. I did appreciate the follow up on my review.

As I write this review I'm puzzled as to how this dealership only has 3 stars. We visited the dealership a week ago as we were determining which type of car to purchase. We landed on an Audi and went back to the dealership this past weekend. Within a couple hours we were done and driving home in our new car. If you are in the market for or considering an Audi go in and see Max - he's fantastic!

Really happy with our experience both shopping and purchasing new Q3 from this dealership- Max our salesperson did exactly what he said from start to finish - No attempts to inflate mrsp with nonsense add ons like nitrogen for tires like Hendricks Northlake Audi did. That stuff really annoys me and makes me distrust the entire process- non of that here just a sincere effort to reach a win win that results in purchase/sale - Also want to compliment Marcus the finance dude - we had small issue with trade in car title and he took ownership of problem to facilitate trade in and new car sale - Overall

I purchased a used vehicle just under two weeks ago. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice. They did make a mistake with the financial paperwork which would of benefited me greatly and I'm sure my attorney would of loved it but I let it slide since everyone was so nice. There was a definite lack of attention to detail.
The reason for the bad review is that they told me the interior would be cleaned. It definitely was not. I had to clean the interior myself which involved a full steam clean and shampoo. It was extremely disgusting.

Wow. This place is unbelievably bad. Went to drive an Audi Q5 because I need a new car. They provided old school, pushy sales tactics while I was there. In the 10 days since visiting the stealership, they have hounded me with daily phone calls, emails and texts. Multiple sales people have pestered me asking what it would take to get me in the car. I expect this behavior from a buy here, pay here lot. For a prestige brand, this is ridiculous!! WARNING! Do not give them a real email or phone number if you want to keep your sanity.

Most women cringe at the thought of getting their car serviced. I can honestly say every experience I've had at Audi of Charlotte has been a good one. Today was the 2nd time I've needed something repaired that wasn't covered under warranty and they still covered it at no cost to me. From the first day that I walked into the dealership they truly have gone above and beyond for me as a new customer. And I am truly grateful for it.

My car was involved in an accident and there was a residual problem the collision center would not repair. Bill told me to bring the car in and they'd diagnose and potentially be able to fix the car same day. I was there for about 2 hours when a manger approached me. He said, "you have been her a long time. Can I get you lunch or would you like to take my car to go out?" I declined because Bill had just checked in and stated my car would be ready soon. The manager said, "ok, but if anything changes, you let me know." Two things here: 1) Bill was great with checking

Worst car dealership in Charlotte !! I decided to review this dealership due to especially poor communication by Erika Gillard their internet sales manager. I had expressed interest in their Audi A5 sportsback but after the initial quote there was no further communication by Erica. I had mentioned what time I was going to stop by on Saturday August 4th but she did not respond or told me which sales manager would I be dealing with. We went anyways and Jimmy Barnett was the sales contact we dealt with.He met us at the door so we didn't really had any choice. I was hoping to deal with someone

On May 31st 2018, I brought my Audi A6 to Audi of Charlotte because my coolant indicator light came on. On June 4th, after his "service" the Audi service technician informed me that no codes came up and the coolant was low in the expansion tank. The tech said they topped off the coolant and found no leaks. They then released the car to me. Upon later inspection of the invoice, the "mileage in" and "mileage out" was the same. So they never test drove it...after talking to other experts, a car won't overheat

I ordered a loaded Q7 in late July and was told the car would be delivered in early November at the latest. It's after Thanksgiving, and The car is STILL not here. I was also told I would be updated every 2 weeks as to the progress/delivery date. NOT ONE CONTACT that I didn't initiate. I have homes in Illinois and North Carolina and the lack of communication on an $80,000 purchase is maddening. I am seriously considering ordering a car from a different Audi dealership. I can't imagine how bad this place must be when they have my money.

I decided to try this Audi dealership after an abysmal and unethical set of experiences with their rival Hendricks Audi of Northlake. Audi of Charlotte did manage to outperform this terrible competitor but it did not hit it out of the park by any means.
The main thing is when you buy a quality expensive vehicle such as an Audi you also want s good buying experience without the flim flam and hype and negotiating nightmare typical of buying a used car. At Hendricks I got the full nightmare, at Audi of Charlotte I just got a bad dream.

This is the for their Service Department. I had to purchase a set of new tires and the company that sold the tires couldn't do an alignment so they referred me here.
I talked with Bill Atkins, Service Advisor, who also told me about 3 outstanding recall issues and said they could take care of them.
Waiting for Auto Service isn't on of my list of favorite things to do but Bill and his team made me very comfortable. They have a Starbucks machine that brew fresh coffee, they have free sodas and fresh water,
A nice TV & comfortable chairs.
They even washed my ride!
