I got a car from Larry today and it was great! Started with a phone call, trip to see the car and a short wait.. Now I'm good. The only problem I had with the exchange, he wouldn't give me his nice pen hahahaha when I bring a friend and collect my 300 bucks, I'm taking that pen as well Larry!

Alex and Bill are amazing! Had fun buying my vehicle, but I had to change my rating for after the sale service. I bought a 2013 Suburban and drove less than 300 miles before I had to change my oil pressure sensor. It cost $500 to replace. I contacted Bill numerous times to make him aware of this issue but he never even responded to the 4 emails I sent to him. I am disappointed that I didn't get any response from him. I feel like buying a "certified " (their own words) vehicle should have been able to get more than 300 miles before a major repair. At the very least, a response to my emails. In conclusion

They're nice to close the deal and get your money.. It's downhill after that. I've never dealt with people as rude, cold and disrespectful as William (lender) and Bill(presumably the owner). Don't be fooled by initial impression. It's a fascade. The only upside is that the vehicle it's self runs very well. Customer service needs major improvement.

I am livid. I confirmed on the phone with stock number that they had the car I wanted. I then paid someone $150 to drive me to Charlotte, same day, where my salesman told me that his manager had taken it home for the weekend and could bring it back Monday. He showed me the same model, two years older with more miles, stains, and a missing handle. Then offered to sell it to me for the same price. No haggling accepted, with a 20% Apr to boot. Nice.

My experienced was the best I could ever imagine. Specially the very nice, attentive and polite RONNIE. He made everything so fast and simple that i was surprised I was able to get everything for the car of my dreams. You guys should definitely promote him or give him some kinda bonus or a raised he was a 10/10 experienced. I would definitely recommend this dealership again.

I had been to several car lots and was getting frustrated. Alex was very kind, friendly and helpful. Although it was right before the holiday he did everything he could to get me in the best vehicle for me. I am very pleased and would definitely work with him again.

Warning !!!!they are crooks at this place and doesn’t try to fix anything they say they would they sale leamons u have been warned! They erased all the bad reviews and post the good ones because they are crooks! Drop $13,000 down on a van and had a warranty for $1,499 extra and still no help I would never recommend this place to anyone! The vehicle had a whole bunch of hidden issues and after they so call cleaned it there was no floor mats. They are just horrible.
