Worst place ever, Tatiana the lady in the front desk doesn’t know how to do her job her mom has to tell her how to do everything she is very rude & unprofessional. I tried to transfer plates from one of my cars with active tags no problems she wasn’t able to do the transfer did not know how to explain me why. I paid $873 just for the documentation fee plus hwy taxes, she never explain to me that tags fee with DMV was not included in that charge. DMV charge me $567 for tags just for two months I have to pay $167 again in two months she doesn’t explain you anything I bought my truck not knowing
