Would not recommend. I bought a box truck from them a week ago. My wife caught them erasing engine codes before the test drive meanwhile I’ve already signed paper work. I asked them to be straight up and honest did you erase the check engine code? The 2 adults said no there’s no light and were quiet as can be which was a red flag. I also asked the young man I have in the picture doing it. He said sir I’m just doing what I was told. A week later the light comes back on.
Very shady operation here. Would never go back...

Very friendly staff. Everyone greeted us and made us feel welcome when we arrived. We were looking at a specific vehicle and they had us on a test drive within 5 minutes of us getting there. The paperwork process was quick and simple. I couldn't have asked for an easier shopping experience.

My experience with Yonary at Palace Auto Sales was quite good. She was very knowledgeable about the van I purchased. They were up front in giving me the Carfax on this vehicle. The did tell me that there was an issue with a small amount of rust underneath the vehicle because it came from upstate New York. I didn't feel like there was anything they were trying to hide. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family.

Do NOT purchase your car from Palace Auto sales. They are unethical and once you purchase a vehicle from them, they will give you the run around - the customer service goes out the window. They become evasive and very rude. So many more ethical car dealership around that carry themselves with integrity - unlike Palace.

I found these guys online through autotrader. The price on the car looked good so I decided to take a closer look. I was having a good experience until I brought up the car fax. The car looked good on the outside but I wanted a car history. The representative danced around the issue saying the car wasn't salvaged and then later said I could purchase one after I signed for a loan. When test driving the car I asked about the car having a spare key for keyless entry and was answered with "I'll look into it". I popped open the trunk to see the cover to the spare was missing. When
