Not worth rating 1 star. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this company. I bought a car from them on November 5th and less than a month, I'm broke down on the side of the road. It is now at the mechanic's and they refuse to pay for the repair. They also lied and said that the car had been wrecked once but it has been wrecked at least twice.

Bought an 04 Audi a4 from there a week ago and today the wire harness shorted out and started melting, brought it to the vet dealership and they said it needs a new wire harness and ecu, called Sanchez auto to see about getting the car switched out for another and they said sorry you already signed the title we can't help you.
UPDATE! I replaced the wire harness just to find out the engine has a cracked head also! So mad the scammed me and now I'm without a car and they won't do anything to justify it

Not worth the financing and they didn't want to negotiate any rates or early payoff.. I'm certain if I was their race/ethnicity they would have but Im glad I have my title and done with them. Other than that there wasn't any negative interactions, they are kind to speak with.

If I could not leave stars I would all ima say is do not waste your time or your money with this business. They lack integrity and clearly do not mean our community any good. They are clearly selling faulty cars and I have contacted the BBB, Channel 9 news, and the NC DOJ offices. And a lawyer see you guys in court! You will not continue to play with me and mines

We purchased a 2009 Honda pilot on April 9, 2021. After driving it for a while we realize there was a little bit of issues with the vehicle going into fourth and fifth gear. We took it to a reputable transmission shop and found out it will need a full transmission rebuild that’s going to cost us roughly $4000. When I address this concern with Sanchez auto was told oh yeah sorry about that. Nothing else. Not dimension we asked them to make sure the car had an oil change before we came to pick it up the day we purchase it and we were promised that it would. How ever after we got home we realization

Definitely would not ever do business with this place ever again it was the worst experience ever... I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot and after I purchased the suv i was on my way home I live about 1 1/2 from car lot it had a battery light and it started making bad noise under the hood and from the passenger and driver side wheels come to find out not even a 24 hours after leaving the lot and I have spent $1,500 between buying wheel bearings and ect. Including tires and still not right and a alignment, alternator and power steering pump with in a month time being a single mom of 3 and being a woman

My daughter purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue for $5900 and within one week the check engine light came on. The car has a bad engine and they are unwilling to help in any way. Take a mechanic with you can check the vehicle out thoroughly BEFORE you buy from them. Test driving a car means nothing! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My Daughter purchased a trailblazer, she drove it off the lot and noticed numerous issues, which can be very costly, not to mention this will never pass an inspection with all the gauges completely broken. Bad brakes, shocks, etc. The fob, useless, does not work the locks nor any alarm. She was told how it just passed inspection.
