Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.
I purchased my car in March of 2019. I have been paying on my car for almost 2 years. I have never missed a payment solely due to the fact of my credit.
On November 8th my credit report reported an alert that the Auto Finance Center also known as RRD Financial closed and removed my account. Meaning my credit dropped 79 points. Even though I'm still paying on my car bi-weekly. I called and spoke with Nerfettie Ellis-Jordan- manager who stated they have no ETA on resolving this issue for the 2400 customers affected.

I would not recommend nobody to go to this place they over charge for their cars they call you everyday behind a car payment cars not worth the money they charge I got a 2015 Camry basic version 102,000 miles and my payments are 315 every 2 weeks the bumper has fell off on one side and I've never been in an accident. Not to mention they wants total of 18,500 for the car and with ins 32,000 save yourself a headache and go somewhere else unless you want to get played out your money I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels like this either

Any situation, hands down will get you driving, he’s a great representative, works well with you, one of the best buying experiences I’ve had! I don't recommend for your first car! I didn't have the car a month and took kept having to get the car towed it been over 4 times till the point I don't want the car . I keep bringing the car back for the SAME reason. This is no good business being that this is my first car I wouldn't recommend! They don't even stick to what they say Chris the manger , Hose supposedly store manger real nasty as well I didn't know who he is & Jd just tryna make money so they try to get whatever at gone as quick as possible. Always check the VIN numbers for these cars. You can look up free vin number checks and see the history of the car. These sales people are lying to people's faces about the car history. Recently just found out that the car I have purchased was in an accident but they lied saying the car is in mint condition and never in an accident. Please for everyone that is going to this place always check the vin numbers. These peoples are liars.

I went in a week or so ago looking into trucks. As soon as I walked in the guy asked me what he could help me with and I asked to test drive a used raptor. He immediately said "you know that's an expensive truck". Yes I know, I think I know my finances. I've done research on the truck. I probably know more about it than he does. Coming with low credit & being self employed; shopping around for a car knowing you can afford it was dreadful however JD is the man to see when you enter these doors. He is very informative & direct. All of their cars are inspected and run well, plus if any issue they have their own mechanics. This place is a one stop shop. I had a great experience!!

I'll give at least one star given the staff is nice - however, if you plan on purchasing a vehicle form this place be prepared to have some mechanical work performed on the vehicle IMMEDIATELY! I am confident in that statement. We have purchased two vehicles from here - one was financed and the other was a cash purchase and both vehicles needed brand new tires and a four wheel alignment! The most recent was the cash purchase of a Chevy Tahoe.. Purchasing it last month on 8/13/2018, III knew it would need tires replaced but what happened yesterday was just unacceptable to say the least. Yesterday
