The person came to do my apartment cleaning is Mindi, she does not know what a deep cleaning is.
She came with another person to help her with the cleaning and that girl was even another dumb.
After 45min, they called me and said that the apartment is clean and when i went there to check, i had to call Mindi back and highlighted her the places where they forgot. They did not touch the fridge and the bathroom. And when i ask her to do it, she shouted and ran without completing her job. Not professional with her work and I dont recommend anyone to use her to clean your home.

So pleased with Mindi. She is prompt every other week. Usually stays an hour or two depending on how junky i have left my closet. I have used this service for over a year now. Mindi is reliable and if i need to make a change to another time and date she is very flexible. The cleaning is always on point and spotless. The price is reasonable and my home always has a fresh deep cleaned scent after she is done. What makes me happy is that you know she has bleached the counters but the smell of bleach is faint. I recommend Gleam because they are professional, kind and a great listener if you need to

Mindi has been with me for about 5 years now. I really needed help getting things cleaned and organized both after moving into a new home and having twins. This cleaning crew is the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. My father hired this company for his rental house. It was an empty house just needing a simple clean. The person in charge hired two people who were incapable of speaking correctly and acting as if under the influence of something. It was a male and female. She left almost immediately after arriving and never returned to watch over her crew. Her workers took 4 hours to clean a bedroom and a bathroom. She said the whole house would only take 8 hours, and since there were 2 people, that was 4 hours each. Is what she explained

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Mindi hired 2 people (Male and female) who were obviously on something that made them stutter and unable to talk correctly when talked to. They spent 4 hours on just one bathroom and an empty bedroom. And Mindi (who is apparently in charge) left and was gone (leaving her crew unattended) the whole time. When inspecting the rooms they did, we found multiple places covered in easily removable dirt. I have multiple videos just wiping my finger over these areas and the dirt coming off immediately without even scrubbing. She then came back the next day,

Mindi took four hours to clean my 2 bedroom 922 square foot apartment and the outcome was not worth the $100 I paid her. The kitchen counters had streaks, the microwave was not cleaned inside or out, the guest bathroom toilet had a ring in it, and the 2 ceiling fans were not dusted. I tried getting in touch with her via phone, email, and social media and she sent me one email saying she's having email problems and offered no solution or apology for the poor service experience. She lacks the professional skills needed to provide exceptional service customers deserve.

Extremely unprofessional, was hired to clean my 5 bedroom home I was renting. She took 4 hours just to “clean” the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs after I cleaned the floors and vacuumed for her.. After she had left to another job in the middle of mine. I went to go check on her work to find out they didn’t even properly clean and left walls and trim dirty and the bathroom didn’t even look like they touched it.
