We bought an older home on Oak Island with a metal roof, and soon after we saw a few issues with the roof trim. We called a couple of roofing companies to come take a look. One came by and looked at what I saw from the ground and quoted to fix it, but then the guy from Flores & Foley came by and he got up on the roof and took pictures of issues I had that I had not seen. I hired Flores & Foley to fix the problems because they worked harder to show me what needed to be done. Very happy with the completed repair, and would use them again.

Cannot recommend Flores and Foley Roofing highly enough! Our new roof looks fantastic!
We were hesitant about taking on this project at first, but Owen (the sales rep) walked us through the insurance process, and it couldn’t have been easier. Eli, the project manager was there bright and early on day one of the roofing process to make sure we got all our supplies delivered and the shingles were what was ordered. The roofers were amazing, efficient and seriously cleaned everything up before they left...every day. If we weren’t looking at a brand new roof, we would never know they were here

He used to be a roofer before so he knows what he is talking about and everything involved with the process of replacing a roof. We gave Flores & Foley Roofing a 5 star rating. They were professional, patient and helpful from start to finish. We received a bid from them, then we needed addresses to look at so we could choose a color to take to the Homeowners Association for our approval application. They gave us several locations with several colors to look at ( they gave us all the color choices but could not decide between two). They were helpful and patient during this approval process. Once approved they gave us a start day and they started on that date. The installers were very hardworking and cleaned up prior to leaving

We had a leak in our living space in our home and called Flores&Foley Roofing. They came Thursday and discovered a golf ball sized hole in our roof. He said he would be back the next day to repair it. He did not show up and did not call. We called on Monday morning and got the receptionist. He called us this afternoon
and we were told the estimate would be emailed to us in a week, and repairs could be made 10 to 14 days later. Because we have an actual hole in the roof that is causing water to enter our living space, this is not acceptable, as we have rain in the near forecast.

Another big and well known roofing company in Wilmington had come to my home to repair it 3 separate occasions, each time charging me for the “fix”. After these “fixes” I was told 100% this will work, it didn’t, and ultimately they said the entire roof needs to be replaced. I was fed up and called 7 roofing companies for quotes, Flores and Foley being one.

If it had been an option to give this company a negative 5 rating, I would have! Evidently Flores & Foley has a set M.O. ; especially when dealing with a single woman as their customer. I have a contract which states that my roof replacement would be "to code". My roof began leaking with all the rain we have been having lately. When I had the cause investigated, I found out that my chimney had no flashing around it; a material & process that is the definition of "code" in roofing. Not only did Foley accuse me of telling him that I wanted "the cheap" version

Kevin, my sales contact, was exceptionally responsive to each and every concern, question and comment I raised. He replied quickly (most often within minutes!). I am a stickler for customer service, and he never disappointed me, which is an impressive feat. I researched roofing materials and methods thoroughly, and although the results weren't too conclusive, I chose F&F because they had the best pricing for OC Duration Shingles and they hand drive their nails. We hired them 9 years ago to put on a new roof. I thought I was going with the best company. But now my roof is ROTTING. It is worse than before we replaced it. And it is rotting due to improper installation. Although The workmanship warranty has expired, I still feel they should correct their mistakes. I thought I was going to get a roof that would last.
