I dealt with several roofing companies in Wilmington when trying to get a minor repair done (faulty exhaust pipe boot). Patriot was by far the most responsive, rapid, and reasonably priced. Bill was fantastic to work with. He sent someone out the next day and the repair was taken care of.

We recently used Patriot Roofing to replace our roof. I did hours of research and learned a lot about roofing in the process, so I knew what I was looking for and was not looking for as well. I interviewed a few companies and decided on Patriot. Bill Bolton was my contact person. He patiently answered my many questions after the initial visit and before we selected Patriot. Everything was completed as per our agreement. The crew that did the job was one of the hardest working crews I have seen, working 12 hour days in the July heat. They had to finish on a Sunday morning due to a rain delay earlier

Highest quality work at reasonable price with professional staff that coordinated and executed the old roof removal and new roof installation. Excellent communication, detailed knowledge of all facets of roof installation, including Fortified standards. Clear, up-front explanation of costs that was reflected in the final invoice. Outstanding detailed daily clean up. Achieved the Fortified standard that delivered the certification and the quality roof.

Mathew was very helpful in getting the roof done. I notified that Duke energy was going to shut down our power on Tuesday (first day) he just said ok (brought a generator), The crew was efficient and work extremely hard getting it done in 2 days. Everything cleaned up and put back in place.
