Services
Severe hail storms or multiple smaller hail storms can loosen or knock free roofing material; eventually damaging the shingles, exposing the felt base underneath. Large enough hail can punch holes all the way through a layer of asphalt shingles. High winds can result in severe roofing wind damage by tearing and removing shingles, leaving the roof deck, underlayment exposed to the elements primed for leaks.
Sometimes roofs develop leaks years before the entire roof needs to be replaced. Usually these leaks are caused by localized damage such as cracked or missing shingles or shakes. Finding a leak is one of the few things that strikes fear into homeowners heart. Catching the leak early can mean the difference between a simple roof repair and calling professionals like Statewide Roofing Consultants Inc. for assistance.
When hailstones hit an asphalt shingle roof surface the protective granules are loosened or knocked free. Roofing material is designed to withstand a certain amount of this kind of damage, but severe storms or multiple smaller storms eventually damage the shingles and expose the felt base underneath.
Our expert advice can help with any roofing claim - residential or commercial, tile or shingles, regular maintenance or emergency service. We give free storm damage inspections, so call us before you file your claim. We work directly with your insurance company, minimizing your out-of-pocket expense.
High winds cause roofing wind damage by tearing and removing shingles, leaving the roof deck, underlayment or old shingles exposed to the elements primed for leaks. Wind debris can leave dents or deep marks in shingles; dislodging the protective granules that protect against sun damage and rain.

Avoid at all costs. They took a 5000$ deposit and never completed the roof. After breaking our contract, Greg the owner refused to give our money back. Hired a lawyer and taking them to court. Scammers

1 star because I couldn't give 0! I could probably spend an hour or two writing about the horrible experience I've had with this company but I don't want to relive it in that much detail, so here is a short version. I bought a house from an elderly woman in December 2018 (the house had been for sale since June, this will be important later in the story). The ridge vent had minor damage, about 8 ft, that needed to be repaired. 4 months after hurricane Florence the repairs were still not done when I went under contract to purchase. In my closing documents it clearly states the repairs have been paid

Failed to show up. Failed to call. I followed up the next day, he was very polite and offered to fix the issue for free of it wasn't major. This is a rental so my renters spent a day home during the busy holidays waiting for him. He claimed to call and send a text to schedule another appointment. Again, I followed up and finally got him connected with the renter. They set up a time. Again, he stayed home awaiting him and he was a no show, and failed to even call.
Eventually, they came out and Michael Boreland said the job was done. 4 months later I'm now spending thousands to repair the damage
