Dax is very professional and down to earth. He gave me a quote the same day I requested one. It was half of what 5 other companies quoted me for who eventually got back to me. I had him come out for peace of mind about some concerns I had because of Florence. He listened to my concerns and explained the process. I grew up roofing with my dad and everything Dax explained was completely accurate. The day after he came over, the materials showed up ready to go! After that, it was two more days(6/9/21.) Very, very impressed with the roof replacement we received from Hallman roofing. From sales to installation, it's clear that Hallman roofing is dedicated to their customers. We had a whole tree fall on our house during hurricane Isaias. While it took us FOREVER to get the tree off, Hallman roofing was prepped and ready to move on replacing our rooof just a few days after once the tree was off. Dax, the owner, even stopped by after the tree was removed to help tarp up the holes during the few days we were waiting and helped me choose a shingle color. Unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. Dax and his crew damaged my property while doing the roof and assured me they would fix it. I paid him for the work completed and he said he would be back to fix the damage.
After his failed attempt to fix the damage, which he tried to blame on me after the fact, he was then unreachable. We contacted him several times with phone calls and text messages that went unanswered for several weeks. Eventually he responded that he didn't feel "obligated" to do the repair and to "not contact him again".

Can't say enough good things about this company. Im starting the hype for them here on yelp! I got hit hard by hurricane Florence and Dax and his team were able to get me squared away before tropical storm Michael rolled in. That's a whole roof replacement. Great to work with, great pricing and great work. The shingle used is a high quality as well, you really can't go wrong. And he's local, keep your dollars local too! Never had any issues staying in contact with him and the clean up afterwards was far more thorough than I expected. Seriously, look no further.
