After a dead battery episode in our older Acura, I could not get the stereo security code keyed in properly. So, during probably the hottest and smokiest day of the year, I stopped by Butler Acura and asked for help. Rob Lucey didn't hesitate leaving the air conditioned show room to lend a hand, quickly got the code to work, then thanked me for stopping by. We will definitely go back to Butler to see Rob when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. Customer service speaks volumes to us and it's how we decide where to spend our hard earned money!
