Just bought a 2019 dodge caravan GT flex. Went in and talked to Jesse Gomez about my trade in vehicle and he showed me a similar vehicle I was looking into getting and he was so friendly and very willing to help me stay within my budget and also give me a great deal on the van itself and the warranty. Overall not a bad experience. I probably wouldn't buy from them again. I'm disappointed I wasn't told I would have to pay $165 to get the code to unlock the doors. I was told the info was in the owner's manual or could be retrieved from the parts dept. I asked about a 2nd key and wasn't told until after the paperwork was signed that I'd have to pay to have a 2nd key. The price of the vehicle went up a thousand dollars because of a mix up in vin numbers or something. I definitely gave them too much credit for being trustworthy. It may not be illegal but it's not the kind of service I have received

Awesome experience when buying our new vehicle but when it came time to pay our deferred down payment we were reassured by Ian that if we paid it in person before it was due it would not come out again the 25th when it was due. To our surprise when we went to use our debit card the 26th it was declined and saw we had -$4,500 and many insufficient fund charges. We called to have the problem resolved and I was even super calm about it to only get Ian and Roy pointing fingers as to whose fault it was without giving any real solution. Finally we were told to send screen shots of our negative balance

I purchased a BRZ from Crater Lake Ford. JT the Salesman that help me through the entire process was so help and made this super stressful purchase as easy as possible. I would gladly buy another car from JT! They were even so patient to hold the vehicle in the showroom until my transporter was able to pick it up. I am beyond happy with my Ford Raptor and the service that I received from the team at Crater Lake Ford. I was an out of state buyer and traveled 8 hours to the dealership to purchase a Raptor they just received, that had not been through inspection yet.
At first they told me they couldn't get it available for purchase for a few days, and I was bummed because it meant I had to go back home in the car I came with. However the sales managers and my salesman Myles went above and beyond to make sure the truck went through inspection even though they were short-staffed in the service department.

Our Salesman Tom was very personable, professional and was very informative about the vehicle we were interested in. One of the best truck buying experiences we have ever had, everything went well without a snag. Kevin in financing was great also, the whole experience went very well.
