Had a bizarre interaction online . I was trying to buy a $50K RDX. they treated me like I was the seller. I tried initiating the purchase online and left my phone number without email;cause they would just blow it up….story short. It was like trying to cancel aol except I was aol trying to get them to sell me a car. Salesman name Rex; hopefully my experience is limited to him, but just weird!

We purchased an MDX yesterday with the help of Kristine West. Were nervous because of past experience at car dealerships but we found out quickly that Kristine made it a great experience! She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and work with. There was no pressure, no game playing about price. She stayed with us through the finance phase and watched over us until we left. She offered to help us with the new car at any time after. She is a jewel!

I just bought my 2nd car in 2 years from Rex Cunningham at Butler Acura. Best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is extremely good at his job and very trustworthy! I do not like dealing with car salesmen but Rex makes it a very pleasant experience. Not your normal, pushy salesman. If they don’t have what you’re looking for Rex will find it. Took my car in for service and they call sounding desperate that I needed to change the cabin air filter. Against my better judgement I agreed but somehow they screwed up and I had smoke coming out of my dashboard because my blower motor burned up.
So I brought it back a few days later during which time the fan stayed on full blast, couldn't turn I off, and they replaced the blower motor and I thought we were done. The next morning my tire pressure sensor that isn't supposed to go bad for 10 years went bad.
When I called just to let them know what happened, didn't ask them to pay

We came to an acceptable agreement regarding purchase price and down payment swiftly but had to wait hours just to sign paperwork that took less than ten minutes. During that time there was no initiative to inform us of the functionalities or specifics of the car. There were scuffs on the upper part of the door

This is an update. This is the absolute worst service of any dealership I have ever been to. I made the mistake of purchasing a service agreement. The issue is with getting service scheduled. Use app to schedule, only to have to hope they get ahold of you "oh I emailed you " right.. or phone number was odd so I didn't leave a message. What?? Same thing happened on my first appointment was met with the manager and promised it would not happen again- this is the second service and same crap! DO NOT REPLY TO ME. I am tired of the excuses. Will contact corporate and find somewhere else

The worst service ever.
For the past 17 years since we purchased new our 2002 MDX, we have had our car serviced at Acura service centers at least twice every year, regularly at Butler Acura since 2004. We have depended on Acura Service to be proactive to avoid potential problems, following ALL their guidelines as well as their suggestions even when we did not see any problems that might warrant additional services.
We were "lucky" that on 17 April 2019 the coolant hose ruptured as we drove into our garage -- instead of on the highway -- where we saw a large puddle of blue-green liquid

I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Scott Goff and other members at the service department. My husband and I brought my granddaughter to Ashland to spend a few days seeing the plays and our RDX started acting up on the way from California. I took the car in to Butler Acura and they checked out the car immediately to make sure it would be safe for our drive home. Thank you again Scott

We drove every make/model of Butler's SUVs -- including Hyundai and Kia -- to find the right fit for us. The entire team made the experience fun and we feel like we made fast friends with them all. Anywho I'm from California and I've been looking for a car for about 3 months and every dealer I've talked to either did not want to work with me because of my budget or did not want to budge.
Finally I found an acura dealership in northern California who wanted to work with me but they ended up selling the car the night before I was going to purchase it and I get a phone call the next day 2 hours into my drive to the dealership telling me what happened. That's horrible

Butler Acura exceeded all my expectations from start to finish. Rocky Moore, amazing salesman, was patient, answered all my questions, and (the best part) there was NO PRESSURE to buy. The first time I test drove the car I was interested in was November 2013. I wanted to take my time to make sure I got the car I wanted. I finally decided to purchase in July 2014. Rocky worked with me through the process and was even okay when I altered my order. There were no annoying phone calls or pressure tactics. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
