Our owner founded Metro Wide Maintenance in 2019 after 15 years in the cleaning industry, working for both small and large companies. I scheduled a gutter cleaning today and they never showed up. I tried to email them, and call several times with no response. I took the day off work for this and I am mad!!! Unprofessional company, DO NOT USE!!!!

Two different appointments, two confirmations, two reminders and two no shows without so much as a phone call. Never replied to emails or phone calls. Would not recommend this company especially if there is a problem because you will not hear back. I would give zero stars if I could, the worst customer service ever. Try calling AMANDA and see how far you get.....

Made an appointment on their website on 3/12/2021 to clean my gutters. Arrival time 9-11am. I heard nothing from them - didn't reply to email, didn't answer their phone. Then at about 11:30am, they emailed me saying that they aren't open yet and don't know how their website was scheduling jobs. Ok fair, but not my problem. They asked if I wanted to be contacted about when they DO open and I said yes, and I never heard back again.

I was a bit hesitant at first because of the last review, but my experience with them was nothing but great! After I booked my appointment I received an automatic email confirming my time. The day before the appointment I got another reminder, and then on the day of I got a text when they were on the way. My appointment was for 9am and they arrived at about 9:05am, but they were very polite and professional and did a great job with my window cleaning. I will definitely use them again in the Fall.

Just know that the online form isn't necessarily a final schedule. They will need to call and confirm a time and date. This is pretty common for any contractor or installation so not a big deal.

Had an appointment with an 11am-1pm arrival time. I emailed and called at 1:30pm and called again at 3:30pm. Their voicemail greeting is generic and does not say the company name. I have other things I need to do today and I am more disappointed that I did not get an update via phone or email that there would be a delay. I will update this if the situation has resolved but if not, know that they wasted my day, handled me and their business unprofessionally, and didn’t provide the service I scheduled them to do.
