We have been using Domestic Divas for changeover cleaning of our holiday home that we let out. Their communication and responsiveness has been excellent as is their professionalism. I have felt very confident in only saying once what needs doing and their common sense in handling the changeover, meaning I don't have to worry about anything. Very nice people to work with and very happy with the service.

This was my first experience of using Domestic Diva’s, for a one off clean. Julie and Sue worked exceptionally hard, on one of the hottest days of the year. Managed to get my wooden blinds clean and did not stop cleaning until I let them out the door! Hope to use them again in the future, would recommend them.

I hired them to clean my floors only but they did a grand job! They were on-time, professional and the pricing was quite reasonable. Domestic Divas has a few clients in my building, all of which seem happy with the service, as they're repeat customers. I will be, as well. When I have the full-Monty cleaning I'll update my review but the fact that I'm going to hire them again is, in itself, an accolade.

Diva? And add to that rude as well. Scheduled to have my house cleaned today as we are getting married this weekend. Apparently she called the wrong number to call and confirm the appointment (her words not mine) and she doesn't have any other appointments until after the wedding. She said she would not clean my house, and not so many words called me a liar, told me to get a refund and hung up.
This is not the first combative phone call I had with the owner but it will certainly be the last.

Very disappointed in my dealings with the company and owner. Would not provide services I paid for, was very unprofessional and came across as judgemental. Suggested I clean up and then call them to reschedule. Definitely lacking a this is what I can do attitude. I guess they figure if you purchased a Living Social deal its ok to screw people over or they are just like this all the time. Also note they are not registered w Better Business Bureau. Wish I would have looked into this more before my purchase.

Yeah, they're "divas" all right--! In the WORST WAY!
I am incandescently angry right now. First of all, I ordered a cleaning service for a house back in DECEMBER, and the two reps for this service didn't show up until mid-March. Upon arriving at the property, they flat-out REFUSED TO DO THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED FOR, and blithely suggested that I call Amazon Local to get a refund(!!!)
Well I did, and now here's their 1-star review. I would give them ZERO stars if I could, and will also be calling the Better Business Bureau on them. IDIOTS - DO NOT show up at the house
