Very sketchy. Asked me for payment up front before even coming out didn’t even know when they could come out…could be on a downward spiral trying to claw up some last bits of free money. Could just be sketchy and unreasonable. I told them I’d pay them the moment someone shows up before they even enter the premises.

Crown Carpet has proven to me that they do not stand behind their independent contractors. We had all the floors redone in our house by the contractors they sublet. The first crew came and put in our Cortec.. while doing it the ruined part of a wall, tore up our molding and broke the door on our oven and did an incomplete sloppy job. They even cut the bottom of our pocket door and ruined it. They had us get a bid but wouldn't cover the cost of our bid. They had someone else give us a much lower bid but then the guy wouldn't replace it. He said he didn't have time. Then the

Been doing business for years with this company 2018 purchased 4000.00 worth of carpet top of line had a issue warranty stain master had it replaced with way lesser product had it tested and it did come back not up to industry standards so sent new carpet again sent the same carpet what a joke crown didn’t even help me I had to do it all my self they just took my money and turned there back on me buyer beware I lost a lot of money will never go there again

The flooring selections in the showroom included a wide variety of options. Making a final choice was not easy, but Paul Key, manager, was patient, knowledgeable and very professional. Kirk took flawless measurements of my condo. I took samples home on two occasions and ended up with the best choice for me.
The installation team was equally great!
I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Crown Carpets.
I live in The Pearl district and it was worth traveling the little bit of distance to receive the quality of customer service

We were referred to Crown by a friend/client who absolutely gave them a stellar review. I cannot tell you how happy we are with everything they have done for us. We basically did all carpeting, new master bath with stunning tile shower and bathtub and new LVP flooring. From the moment we walked into the store everyone felt like family. The crew showed up right on time , which I have learned for doing recent home remodeling dose not normally happen. The installation went faster than I expected, they were super nice and were very cautious of our other new flooring that was just installed and they were very good about cleaning up before they left . If you are in the market for new carpet or flooring there is only one choice as far as I am concerned. Thanks again to Justin for helping make sure things went smooth.

Purchased expensive carpet in Jan for our family room. Shortly after install we noticed a foul odor , dirty sock smell. We kept thinking we just needed to vac more even though we vac every other day. The smell kept getting worse. Had it cleaned twice and a third time sanitized, still stinks.Called crown carpet to discuss this, took 3 weeks and 3 calls to get someone to discuss this matter. When that call came, it was like they were trying to come up with all different reason why it would not be covered under 25 yr warranty . Then to top top it off I was asked to pay 1/2 for manufacture inspector

Cliff made shopping for Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) easy. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to show me my options right away.
Kurt, a lead installer, was able to come out to measure my space right away. He had a wonderful attitude despite sacrificing some of his own time to be there.

I went to this business a few weeks ago to get some rough estimates on what carpet would cost. I calculated I had about 750 square feet to replace. I found one I liked that near matched the old carpet. It was on a special 'spring sale' at a discounted rate of around $18.00 per square foot. I asked about the other costs and they wrote down the following: pad (for underneath the carpet: $5.50 per square foot, Installing: $4.75 per square foot, Tearout/disposal of old carpet: $2.25 per square foot. So in total, 750 square feet of carpet rip out, disposal, new pad, new carpet, and installation
