We were thrilled with Cascade Flooring Pros. Pavel put time and attention into explaining our options. Our condo doesn't allow hardwood floors, so we pondered engineered wood but decided to go with LVP. It looks fantastic and is waterproof and scratch resistance. Our unit has uniquely rounded walls,

Talk about attention to detail, these guys are the best !! We had an incident with a rather upset dog in one of our bedrooms at my home which turned into the dog shredding the carpet down to the plywood underneath. Yuriy showed up the next day after I had spoken with Pavel about my issue and was in and out in about 2 hours or less ! I have a house full of loud anxious animals so it was very reassuring to know that my repairs would not be an all-day thing. Well I REALLY WANTED to give 5 stars. I totally believed in Pavel, but in the end, no attention to detail. 16k later and HORRIBLE destruction of baseboards, huge transition strip at the bottom of my stairs that SHOULD have a 1/2 inch round strip, door jams cut WAY too high, huge gaps, cut uneven and absolutely horrible. Pavel tried really selling me on Luxury Vinyl but after reading reviews we decided to go with laminate flooring. I really felt like I was being talked into something that was cheaper for Pavel but not necessarily the best for us. I wish now we would've went with Empire Floors

I had a floor then needed fixing for a sale of my house .. when i contacted Pavel he was very helpful, i had a broken piece of acacia hardwood that needed a repair. Hands down the best (hardwood) floor installers in the universe. Pavel has been in the business for 20 years and is a true pro. His team managed to install and do a bunch of unforeseen repairs in the subfloor and joists without delaying the job. The hardwood floor looks amazing. From now on I'll recommend Pavel & team to everybody I know.

Pavel and his team were great to work with in every aspect. I was a bit cautious going into the project because I had not worked with them before, but going forward I will only use Cascade Flooring Pro's. I called 4 companies to quote new hardwood floors and he talked about the details of the project that the other companies didn't. I work for a large general contractor in Oregon, so I am used to contracting with a lot of flooring companies. What I don't like is to have a company start the work and then tell me that all the small items that weren't discussed weren't included in the price and will
