Tucson Eco-Clean was who I went with when I got a new home. Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his cleaning products. As a mom, I loved the safety of the product since I have a baby crawling. Next up, couches! I felt like I've known the owner, Jason, my whole life. Great customer service! (Which is hard to find these days)

Not impressed. Owner is a nice guy and using Groupon is easy on his website, but the carpet doesn't look much cleaner. He says he uses about 10% as much water as other companies. Maybe that isn't a good thing. Next time I'll rent my own machine for half the price I was charged.

Amazing difference in how our carpet looked before Tucson Eco Clean and after.
The system used in cleaning our carpet is awesome. The carpet dries in less than two hours and isn’t crunchy when you walk on it like other traditional methods used by other carpet cleaning companies and is much safer for people and pets.
I highly recommend Tucson Eco Clean!

Jason is very knowledgeable and has a lot of pride in what he does. Excellent work as always. I've used his services twice now and will continue to do so. No chemical smells and my carpet was 100% dry after 90min. He does the job right and invest in modern, good equipment. A true professional.

Got a groupon and the process was easy.
Super nice guy.
But bottom line is, did my carpets get cleaned?! No.
My carpets received a 5% benefit from the money I spent to have them cleaned. My carpets are newer and have some overall normal wear for being a year old. He used a literal backpack of water to clean 3 rooms. One canister of water strapped on his back. For 3 rooms.
I showed the guy before he even left that I didn't see any benefit and pointed out round grey areas and high traffic areas where majority of foot traffic was on the carpets and he tried telling me out was shadows from

Jason was prompt, very courteous and friendly, and did such a wonderful job on the carpets and the rug we had cleaned. I wish I had taken before and after pictures so you could really see the difference! He got out paint stains, traffic stains and pet stains easily. Low odor, low noise too. He was thorough but finished quickly. Scheduling with him was a breeze. Would highly recommend.
