KMichael brings 35 years experience in the residential building industry. Kevin, the owner, brings an extensive background in Construction Management and hands on craftsmanship. His goal is to build and renovate homes that offer a truly custom experience to meet your dreams and your budget. Kevin desires to meet with each customer, listen to their needs and match it with the right solution.
KMichael Homes uses traditional methods in constructing your home from the ground up. As the builder and supervisor of each project, Kevin engages with clients from the beginning of the planning stages and invests countless hours to understand the vision of your dream home. He is committed to building what best suits your style and budget.

The Northfield Public School system (ISD #659) services the Bridgewater Heights development. Bridgewater Elementary School hosts children from K-5th grade. Kevin was great to work with. He was able to guide us on selection day on what would go great with what. Always responds quick to our questions. He had no problem with us wanting to change things from the original floor plan option. The home he built for us is beautiful and fits our family perfectly.
