So very disappointed. I followed VDB for years and when we were ready to do the bathroom in our basement he was our first of a few opinions. After deciding to go with Veteran he had us go pick everything out. Only then to quit taking our calls after 2 weeks we got a call from Mr. Hoyt saying he had bigger projects come up and wouldn't get to us for 6 months. fast forward after a few months and several more opinions and not being able to talk my husband into starting over the design process. Mr Hoyt asked us to contact him end of May beginning of June to get on his schedule. Shockingly we are still

I wanted to do a few things to my 1952 built home to make the living situation better for me and my kids. I contacted Josh last Fall and I’m so glad I did. He is very professional and easy to work with. The project turned into a full basement remodel adding a bathroom, new flooring, new trim, new doors, nearly everything is brand new and it’s so beautiful.
As expected with an older home, the demo turned up a few surprises. I was very anxious and Josh was very honest and calm. Everything has a solution he would remind me, and we would work together to that solution.

Josh is wonderful. He not only helped me on what I needed done but also gave me excellent advice on dealing with another job that went terribly wrong. He went completely out of his way to help me when he definitely didn’t need to. He’s very prompt and only uses the best when contracting out work. His drywall guy got back to me literally minutes after he let him know we needed help. I can’t recommend him and his company enough!

Veteran Design Build helped repair my kitchen which unfortunately suffered water damage from faulty plumbing. They fit us into their schedule even though, in my opinion, our job was small. They treated us like we were their top priority and the results were amazing. I highly recommend Veteran Design Build and plan on having them help out on several project ideas in the future.
