I was very impressed with the quality of cleaning that Team#5 did in our home. This was my first time using Aspen Clean, very easy to book online, and the girls were punctual, fast, courteous, and professional. They fully completed the check list and I even had a small turtle out of a towel in one of the bathrooms! Overall, my home is sparkling and it’s just a wonderful feeling :)

This 3 person "TEAM #7", was from Calgary. They arrived timely. and did a n excellent job on both levels of my 2 level condo (1100 sq. ft. developed on each level), in approx. 2hrs.. They cleaned everything in sight, so much that I wasn't sure whether they cleaned the inside of the windows or not (window cleaning was NOT noted on the final checklist)
I did give them a well deserved tip for performing such a professional job.

Aspen Clean performs bi-weekly cleaning in our home. They always clean to a very high standard. The teams are professional and friendly and I am always 100% comfortable with them in my home.
Yesterday we had an extra cleaning done and the team did an amazing job. The fun touches like towel art and paper product origami really showed they care. The house was spotless and nothing was over looked. We are always so happy with Aspen Clean.

A team of 3 ladies came to my apartment today, they were amazing. They got a lot more done then what I was expecting. They were quick and well organized and got to work right away and were very friendly. We needed a longer clean then what they scheduled us for, they were able to stay an extra half hour, they apologized for not being able to do more but they did so much and it helped me out greatly. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future and will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you once again

Just had our first try with Aspen Clean (team #18 in Burnaby, BC) and they did a great job. Team of 3 people were on time, polite, courteous, thorough and got to work STRAIGHT away. Not stopping once from what I could tell. We have a 2 bed, 2 bath condo, plus I ordered some extras that were worthwhile (cleaning inside of fridge, marks on walls, cleaning inside of windows). Sure they're a teeny bit pricier than most, BUT we have a baby on the way in two weeks and I wanted a deep clean of the apartment, especially as we've never had a professional clean job in here before (having lived

My landlord had hire AspenClean to clean our apartment and they were great! They gave us an hour window of when they would be arriving and although they arrive in the last two minutes of the window, it wasn't much of a big deal for us.
They were really friendly and cleaned everything with attention to details. Our apartment had a lot of dust in small corners and they did not fail to make sure those were all clean. They cleaned for abit over an hour and when they finished they even left us a bag of dishwasher pods!
Overall, team 3 provide a great service, would definitely recommend them

This review is a bit overdue as we moved and had very hectic/busy days lately. I booked with Aspen because of the good reviews but I have to say unfortunately I was not happy with the service. Maybe the secret is if you leave a 5-star review, and the tip is on the house. Tip in general I believe should be optional left to the customers discretion to treat the company when they feel they received a good service. Giving you a bit more details: I required cleaning for my 3-bedroom house BEFORE we move in, so the house had no furniture in it. Now although it's a 3-bedroom house, which was not

I called Aspen cleaners because I read such positive reviews online, however, my personal experience with this company was truly dissapointing. I live in Toronto and reached out to Aspen to help with a post construction cleaning project and the results were poor at best. My unit is ~1800 square feet and the cost if the cleaning was 944$, which would have been alright if it resulted in a sparkling clean apartment but it did not. This particular team was not thorough, missing areas in plain sight, leaving stairs and walls dusty, dirt and stains visible on the floor and whatever cleaning products

The cleaners were friendly and left a nice note. However their cleaning was a complete waste of time. The home was vacant as we were moving. All we wanted was a thorough clean of all floors, surfaces and cabinets. As well as the insides of appliances (as offered by this company). They only cleaned the floors and all the cabinets and washrooms (shower, tub, sink), inside of fridge and kitchen cabinets were not cleaned thoroughly. We had to clean everything from top to bottom ourselves. Which completed the defeated the purpose. Add insult to injury, they sent 3 cleaners to clean a 1000sq ft condo

We've had some interesting cleaning experiences. It's either not thorough enough or extremely invasive. Our AspenClean experience was a perfect middle ground.
Team 3 including Cora, Tina, Elisabeth and Danva showed up fully prepared with all the necessary supplies. They were careful, respectful and extremely polite. The products used has our place smelling like an amazing mix of essential oils- not overwhelming but just the slightest graze of a scent. Team #5 Bella, did such an amazing cleaning job in my home! I do a very thorough walk through of my house after every clean, and they did a spectacular job. With having two dogs constantly outside playing, their muddy paws and fur get everywhere. Not a trace seen when AspenClean comes through. Thats a huge cleaning things for me, the floors, fur, dust, and mud. So this made me so happy to see spotless floors. Also, I love that they use the environmental friendly and cruelty free products, as i am very conscious of my products as well.

We have small kids and were looking for reliable cleaners for awhile. Aspen clean was amazing! Team 3 (Vanessa, Tony, Mariela & Sena) did such a wonderful job. They were professional, courteous and came with booties covers for their shoes. I was in awe how quickly they were able to deep clean our house and be so detailed as well. They used all their own eco friendly products and brought their own mop/vacuum/rags. They used different rags for different surfaces to avoid cross contamination. I can't thank them enough! Keep up the good work and I'll be calling again soon!

This was my first time using any kind of a cleaning service, and i was extremely pleased with AspenClean. It was very easy to book, and upon arrival Jody and Mary-Ella immediately told me that the third cleaner who was supposed to join them was very ill, and gave me a new time estimate. I was very appreciative of that and was able to schedule my morning around it. They started working before I'd even put my shoes on to run errands. AspenClean not only cleaned my condo, they made it shine. They paid attention to details that I wouldn't have thought they could have done. The bathroom and kitchen faucets looked brand new, and they even made my bathroom scale shine (I tried cleaning it before, and all I got were streaks). I highly recommend their service.
