AAA Fence Pros is the best fence company in San Antonio....period.
I thoroughly researched fence companies in the San Antonio area and obtained seven estimates for a six foot board on board cedar fence.
Hands down, the AAA estimate was the most professionally prepared and very competitively priced.
Fred Huerta, one of the owners, prepared a detailed estimate complete with a diagram of fence section footages. The estimate provided the base cost of the fence by section with Postmaster steel posts, the addition costs for the board on board design, the 2X6 baseboard, the 2X6 cap and 1X6 trim, and

The estimator never followed through with the written estimate. I originally budgeted $2500 for the job but never received an estimate. Just poor customer service. After 10 days I called and no answer...I am glad I did not trust them with my project and I wanted to leave a review to warn others that this company is bad with follow through and if you don't receive an estimate within 48 hrs to start looking for another company to do your work.

Needed a price estimate. Set up appointments for someone to come out twice and they failed to even show up. The 1st appointment was set up for Saturday at 2:00pm. I called the rep at 1:45 to make sure he would be coming by. No answer, I left a voicemail. He then called at 2:10 and I was unavailable. He left me a voicemail to call him back, which I did at 2:20 . I left another voicemail and never heard back from anyone. I then get a phone call from a very condescending woman about some one leaving a voicemail with a rescheduled time and date. That person never gave me a rescheduled time and date

Professional company from top to bottom. I called and left a message. I got a call back that evening and had Ray schedule a day to come give me a quote. This is the only company that I dealt with that was not scared to take on this project. They completed the project in one day and cleaned up after their selves. Unclear estimate. No contract. I did think the price was too good to be true and it was.
After choosing this company over others because of price and the reviews here and having the fence installed, I discovered it was actually more than $1,000.00 more than the estimates I received from this company or other companies. Not a pleasant surprise to get after the fact.
Some of the horizontal boards have dark rotted looking streaks in them and when the fence was completed there was a large gap at the bottom of 2 sections so they added horizontal boards along the ground that looks cobbled together

After AAA Fence Pros installed my in-laws fencing in San Antonio, we had to find out if they would also serve south Austin. Lucky for us, they do. Fred was great to work with. In all, four different neighbors were impacted by new fencing and he was proactive about coordinating expectations, breaking out quotes and invoices. I have been following Ray for about three years on Angie's List. It finally came time for me to do a fence and I had the AAA guys come out to tear down and install. Wow, Fred and his team did an amazing job ripping out our old dilapidated fence and putting in a new cedar fence at the same time he did our neighbor's fence and all in ONE day! These guys worked very hard during the hottest day in April so far this month, and they certainly did not disappoint. Fred had great communication throughout the process even though rain (I mean a lot of rain) only delayed them a week. I would recommend them to anyone; great value and beautiful results!

Between the two of us, we've owned and rehabbed six houses in Austin, Dallas and Houston. In that time, we've used at least 30 contractors of varying skill, price and efficiency. I called AAA Fence Pros because they got a favorable review from my employers intranet site. The review was impressive so I called because I wanted the same experience a co-worker wrote about.
AAA was slow to provide a quote and ever slower to give a firm date on when they could come out and do the work. This was over a period of 3 weeks. They didn't seem to eager to want my business.
I ended up going with Home Depot for the same price, quality, and a guarantee. I'm all about supporting small business but when they operate like "small" business - they're not getting
