Mike and SOS services was great. Job was scheduled quickly and communication was clear. During service, Mike was professional and efficient(mask, booties, called before arriving, etc.). He took pictures and even provided long term advice for the care of our chimney. Even though our chimney will require a deeper clean(our creosote was really bad), Mike was not pushy at all and took extra steps so the chimney would not be an immediate hazard. We will be calling SOS next year for our chimney cleaning needs and for the deeper clean service. Thanks, Mike!
