She made sure she had everything she needed from us before she started the process which made everything go quicker. She was also the sweetest to my son.She provided him with a coloring book, a kids size chair, water and some gold fish to snack on and let him play the driving car game unlimitedly while we waited for processing.

Worse place to purchase a vehicle. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I traded the car I got from this place for a better car. Weeks before I got my new car, I did let credit car nation know I was trading in the car. The dealership I got my new car, even called and let this place know they would be receiving a check for the rest my payments. What does credit car nation do, they still took 2weeks of payments out for the car I traded in, when they knew they were getting a check (which they signed to accept) for the old car. I still didn’t get my money back they took. I called for months

The whole car buying experience at Car Credit nation was absolutely amazing. Priscilla was so nice really helped me out to get the car that I wanted. It was a quick and easy process super helpful. If I could give this place a zero I would. The first car we purchased had to get taken back due to it needing maintenance the second day, but that was okay we understood so we were able to pick out another car . That car also got messed up with it not wanting to turn on the 3 day we received it. Took it back and got maintenance done on it, we received it back and now the car has messed up again! Like are you serious right now. So unsatisfied with this place.

As an Active Duty service member often dealerships try to take advantage of us giving us cars with high down payments , high interest rates and high notes . Car credit nation was very helpful the down payment was exactly what they said it would be and the monthly payment is also great . We were able to get a fairly nice car that will be perfect for what we were looking for . I definitely plan to go back in the future if this car continues to work as great as it does now .

Priscilla helped me get my first car almost three years ago and gave me great customer service. I saw her again to trade in that car for a newer one and was a great help! She even told me how proud she was of how far I’ve come. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much!
The receptionist soon as I walked through the door was also a sweetheart. She helped me with getting the paperwork started while I waited. She would come and check on me every couple a minutes to reassure me they didn’t forget I was there.
