I purchased a used minivan from this dealer. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and willing. My sales rep was a very young lady, Aurora, who took me to the lot look and to test drive the car. Ultimately I was happy with the purchase and the service in general and I also would like to give 5 stars to Ram in the office who went far and beyond to make me a happy customer and complete all transactions, even after the sale was concluded.

Went in today to get a car with my cousin and Benjamin Merida assisted us with every detail from start to finish. The most patient sales rep I have ever met as well as extremely friendly! I definitely recommend him. My man assisted us for 4+ hours!! He has my business moving forward.

I just got my Nissan Rogue from this dealership last week and the service I got from John was outstanding. Our experience with Koons was a roller coaster of emotions. My wife and I drove about 4 hours to pick up our vehicle, the first impression from the car is that we saw online to the one we saw in person is that Koons does a terrific job in hiding the cosmetics flaws on the pictures they post online, there were many scratches that we were not aware that the vehicle had(1). Working with John was an excellent experience. I was in a hurry and needed a car that day. John went above and beyond his normal responsibilities to make sure was on the road that evening with my vehicle. My issue became our issue as I needed to leave with a promise to return and waited for me until late in the evening to finalize my paperwork and I drive home in my new ride! Spoke with the customer service representative for about a month and of course she felt nothing was wrong with the miscommunication. They did their job and made the sale which is the ultimate goal. Please listen to me when I say do not go to Koons Fod or Used Car Outlet in Falls Church VA. They are unethical and pretty unprofessional. Especially the customer service office and Alex, the manager at the used car outlet.

I just bought my dream jeep from Koons, and Derrick was the salesman that my husband and I worked with. He was truly amazing, and did whatever he could to ensure that I got what I wanted for my trade, and that I got the jeep I wanted. He was patient and kind, I called and texted him for 3 days leading up to the purchase of my Jeep. He always got back to me in a timely manner, whether it was a call back or a text message. For beginning to end me and my business partner were lied to by salesman and the manager at this location. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in September of 2020. Til this day we still have yet to receive our permanent tags because the dealership has not located the title to send to the bank

On top of that we noticed issues with the car that that Hank and his boss stated they would reimburse us if we had them fixed. We have contacted them several times and provided picture proof of receipt and the work completed and have just been ignored.

Stay clear of this place. They will try and scam you! They currently have 2 cars of the exact model we want. I inquired about one of them and the sales manager, Hank, contacted me about it after I had inquired through Truecar. We chatted a little bit and I told him I would chat with my wife and then called him back. I told him we were definitely interested but couldn't come in until Friday. He let me know that he had a buyer coming in that evening, who was just getting his financing squared away, so if I really wanted it then I should move quickly. I purchased a vehicle from this location in March 2020. My first issue is that the salesperson that I was working with spoke to me for a total of 10 minutes, left before the financing was even completed and completely treated me as if my money was not good enough. Very happy with our purchase. We had internet shopped for a long time, and finally found the Accord we wanted at Koons Outlet. Price was right, had all the features we wanted and mileage was below what we had hoped! Called to confirm all the details on a Saturday. Drove 2 hours to Falls Church to test drive it the next day, and were sitting down to sign papers within 45 minutes of our arrival. Couldn't be easier! Ricky was polite, had the car ready and waiting for us when we got there, and he very easy to work with. The ONLY advice I would give is to bring a book and a snack because

FYI - Management must have changed, because I don't understand any of these older 1-3 star reviews, but to each their own.

Hands down the best dealership I've been to. It's a small shop, but has a family feel and everyone knows each other. Eman (Salesman), JR (Manager), and the rest of his team were extremely courteous and phenomenal hosts. If you don't want to be pressured with bad sale tactics, go here. Drove up from Southern Maryland to look at a car they had. It was recently discounted $1000... to only $2500 over NADA clean retail price at this point. Car had water behind the passenger seat, a bad oil sending unit causing the oil indicator to fluctuate erratically, and an entirely corroded exhaust system. I was willing to over look these issues because it's an older vehicle, I'm not an unreasonable person. Furthermore, the car will have been on the lot for 60 days as of Wednesday, which means it's headed to auction according to the manager. Apparently they wanted to gamble

Bought a car and had a "recondition fee" which is not added at other dealers which bumped up the price. Besides the bumped up price, sales person was very helpful. The manager spoke to the day after was rude and passive aggressive. Which went from 4 star to 1 star.

Dealership you never want to set your foot into!

I had a sports car I had long wanted and made a trip here to see Nissan 350z.

Few days later they explained to us for them to be able to hold the vehicle I would need to put a deposit of at least $500 dollars if I wanted to hold it because next person could walk in and buy it. The car had been there some time I could see they were trying to pressure me and use fear tactics to lock in the deal before I walked out. I bought 2 luxury cars here at the end of last year. This place offers the best price in the area. My sales consultant was Natran Nate Mehretab, and the manager was Anwar Hassan. Nate is very friendly and patient. Anwar is great too. Overall, the process was very smooth, and these guys are very helpful. I would do business with them again.

This post is a warning... Worst costumer service ever.. They treat you like yesterday's news paper after you purchase a car.. Even if you have to deal with them with the finance and car tags... When you are thinking about buying a car they make it sound like its a small issue and they can fix it the next business day... When you bring it up they sound confused... And they also state wrong quotes for additional item like keys and various items... They stated keys would be coming in the mail and would be fine... They never showed but he stated it would cost a 100 which is now $250.. Out of my

I had a very bad experience at Koons Outlet. I took an afternoon to see a car, paid $100 to have it inspected, only to find that the price had increased $1000 from what I was told on the phone. The salesman was intentionally deceitful. The manager was respectful, but completely unhelpful.

I would never recommend this business to a friend.

I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from this dealership in August 2014. The car had just under 30,000 miles, one previous owner, and a clean Carfax report with no reported accidents. After taking the car for a test drive, Aaron pointed out a red airbag warning light on the front display. He said this was just glitch but that I should have it fixed at Bill Page Honda just down the street. After some negotiations, Joe agreed to sell me the vehicle for my out-the-door asking price.

Great experience at Koons w/ David Mason, Joe Blanco, Greg, and the rest of the crew. Wanted to trade in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for something a little bigger due to my expanding family. David promptly called me when I requested info about a Honda Pilot and asked what I was looking for in terms of options, price point, "deal breakers," etc. After we looked at the Pilot, he showed us the Explorer which I never would have considered on my own but ended up really liking it. I am not a fan of shopping for a car, but I must say that I felt comfortable at this Koons dealership the moment I went in. The General Manager and Finance Manager made this process that I usually hate very easy and enjoyable. I never felt pressured in buying my car and they were very professional during the entire process. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking to get a good fair deal on a good used car.
