I gave the measurements of my sofa over the phone and they provided me with a quote. When he arrived, the technician said he needed to charge 60 dollars extra for the size.
I woke up this morning to check if the sofa was dry and found that there are still dirty spots all over. It doesn't even look like it's been cleaned.

Complete waste of time! Scheduled a project for first thing in the morning after office representative assured us we would be first appointment of the day. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, we heard nothing and had to call the office to check the status of appointment well after the slotted arrival time. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, finally got a response that the cleaner would not be able to arrive until the afternoon. Complete waste of a day waiting and worst of all, we had to be proactive to get any updates. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

The guy was nice enough when he arrived on time, but the $99 "special" ended up costing us $500!!!!
When he got here, he took more time doing his up-sell vs cleaning the dang carpets!
Guy told us that they can't guarantee a "good" job unless we added "pre-treatment" to all the areas they were to clean AND add a "stain sealer" or it'd be dirty in a week.
Guess what!? We stupidly did both and the carpets WERE dirty in the same places they cleaned in a little over a week so it was a waste of our time and a BIG waste of money!

I have used Zerorez several times. This company has def gone down hill. The truck they pulled up in, looked like it had been through WWIII, one tech didn't have a mask on when he came to my front door....had to ask him to put one on (he def wasn't happy). Seriously? I will def be trying out a different company next time.

Had a couch cleaned by Zerorez and it looked the same before and after. Save your $250 because they are in and out in 15 minutes and don't do any kind of stain treatment. There were still still stains and water marks and it just looked like absolutely nothing had been done. Maybe that is what they are going for, but I was hoping for a couch that looked cleaner. Ah well.

They have cleaned our carpet every year since we got new carpet, today they showed up and refused to do it since we are a 2nd floor unit!
Lame excuse since you have cleared it 2 times prior! Called the office was given lame excuse that liability reasons are prohibiting them from bringing the portable unit up stairs! Horrible never recommend

Very dishonest, give you price and then want to up sell you when they come out. If you don't go alone they refuse to do the job. Wasted a day off work to have the floor clean. The area manager came out after jorge refused to clean the floor, he said he would call me the next day to reschedule my cleaning, I never heard from him.

Our technician arrived on time and was courteous.
The carpets were cleaned pretty thoroughly.
However, the carpets have taken over 2 days to dry with all of our windows open all day, and there are still damp spots.
Lastly, the billing was NOT the Advertised 3 rooms for $135, plus 20% off on additional services, resulting in a large total charge.

Had an area rug cleaned with zerorez and loved the results!!!
We have a basic 7x10 area rug that has only been spot cleaned and cleaned by myself for the last three years. It was in need of professional cleaning.
I dropped it off at their warehouse in Poway and just under a week later I got a call that it was ready!
When I got there they got the rug from my car and when I picked up they loaded it in my car as well.
It was tied up, but I could already tell it was so much better. It looked like a new rug! We have two dogs, both are house trained, but just getting that everyday dog use smell

The commercial says that stains don't reappear. Several weeks after the rugs were cleaned the stains did reappear. When I called the person told me that there was only a 30 day guarantee against stains returning. Should have told me when they came. The stains were obvious enough that the tech pretreated them. Tom and Dennis just left our home after cleaning our master bedroom, living room, steps and hall. They also cleaned our large living room sofa and throw pillows. I was impressed by their professionalism including masks, shoe covers, and a review of the job site before they began work.
Tom placed corner protection units on all exposed surfaces so there weren't any unpleasant surprises when their work was completed. They were fast, efficient, and on time. We were called 15 minutes before they arrived so we knew when they were coming.

Took 2 visits to help correct their damage to my floor; tried to blame it on me or a different comp.
First visit was sloppy with.water and dirt splashing 6" up my door and baseboards. The tech wiped 2 sides. When he left I got on my hands and knees a cleaned all sides. On his way out he left wet, dirt on my entrance tile. Chipped my door and wall. Just sloppy work.
Second day (needed to correct damage to floor) same tech and new "lead tile" tech came. Tried to blame problem on a different comp or me. CHARGED ME ADDITIONAL MONEY said it wasnt their fault. Touch up paint didnt match

We are very grateful that we were able to get next day appointment because we were dog sitting and on the last day, our neighbors dog, whom is usually really well behaved and has never in the 5 years we've dog sat him, had an accident. But!....an hour and a half after we returned from a walk, he relieved himself on the carpet. We were horrified because despite us having a young kid, we are very neat and tidy. No shoes, no clutter, no mess, no pets and never had we had a pet pee on our carpets. And of course, the exact spot he peed on, is where I do my home workouts on.

I have tried them all, but this is definitely the WORST. I admit they did a satisfactory job on the carpet. BUT they left a big oil stain on my custom drive way. I even asked the guy if his truck leaks oil as it absorbs very quickly and he said only a little water.
Zerorez came out a couple times to clean it without success. I told them I wanted a professional concrete cleaning service to do it. They declined and just sent me a refund. BUT THE STAIN IS STILL THERE. GETTING MY MONEY BACK DOESN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM. GET SEOMONE ELSE!

I am floored right now. It really takes a lot for me to leave a one star review, but Zerorez and their dishonest practices earned it. I was a repeat customer of theirs until today.
I gave Zerorez two very specific tasks on the phone last week, which I was told yes absolutely, and given an approximate quote. I needed a spot treatment for where my toddler dumped a half a bottle of baby shampoo on the carpet upstairs, and needed four antique Turkish rugs cleaned. They quoted me $140.
When the technician arrived, he said they don't do extractions upstairs and had the gal to suggest I replace
