Sammy is a San Diego native, who started Floor Cleaner Fred (FCF) with the intention of delivering professional steam cleaning services at honest, straightforward prices. His family business of almost 30 years was in dry-cleaning, which was the steppingstone to his professional cleaning career. After branching off from the family business in 2012, he began working as a carpet cleaner for several years where he found himself absolutely thrilled.

5/5 Sammy did an amazing job with the carpets in our home!! Carpet looks like new now. Even the stains that I thought were there for good are gone. He took his time and cleaned thoroughly, didn't see any spots he missed, he has all the professional equipments and was extremely meticulous with the job. Sammy was also very accommodating when I rescheduled multiple times. Plus his rates are the best in town!

Sammy did an AMAZING job on my floors!! They had been newly installed but all the construction dust had coated them completely. Literally the best carpet cleaning company I've come across in 13 years living in San Diego!! Attentive, respectful, nice and punctual!! Another great job by Sammy- this time on our personal home.
Very fast and efficient, the carpets never looked so good!
Our appointment was at 8am, he pulled up at 7:45 and set up his equipment.
He has a truck mounted machine, with a really powerful vacuum, which leaves your carpets nearly dry, so you don't have to wait very long to put your furniture back in.

My roommates and I have been so impressed with the service we received from this company! They did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in our home. When we asked about adding on an old rug that we hadn't previously discussed, he was kind enough to take it home and clean it over the weekend for us... and then deliver it to us in our new home. He was diligent, friendly, and respected all COVID regulations. Will absolutely be using this company again. Can not recommend enough!

Sammy was very punctual and kept me advised via e-mails and texts regarding my appointment. Once he arrived, he was totally professional, courteous, pleasant and worked diligently to complete my job perfectly, explaining his procedure and the steps needed. He recommended using a pet stain/odor removal treatment, which was well worth the reasonable price and I'm happy with his recommendation and ultimate results. This is my go to carpet service! I am a repeated customer for a reason! BEST prices, Best cleaning I've had done. I usually get 2 rooms and a hallway package but this time I am doing my entire place. I have a dog and lil ones so every so many months our carpeting needs a good deep cleaning. Sammy leaves the place clean and smelling fresh! Highly recommend

Messaged them on Yelp and the whole process was super easy. Sammi was great, they came to me and took my area rug downstairs since my apartment is small and they cleaned my rug. Whole process took about 30 minutes and it looks great. I have a Moroccan wool rug so unfortunately some stains couldn't be removed but it looks so much better. Sammi went over and beyond and left his 3 fans for me so my rug could dry correctly and not smell like a wet dog bc it's wool.

Strongly recommend Sammy and his team to take care of all your floor needs. I received notification saying the job would be done between 08-10 and they showed up right on time and notified me when they were on their way so I wasn’t caught off guard or waiting all day! Love working with Sammy and crew. One week before the holidays and a few days before my mother in law coming to visit, my son (who is potty training) pooped all over the carpets and ran through it. I tried so hard to use baking soda and vinegar to get it out but nothing worked. I also realized our office, which is also a guest room, had the carpet disaster typically hidden by busy office building industrial carpets. It just looked like it had brown and black spots all over it. Sammy was quick to schedule and work, and when he left the place looked brand new again and smelled amazing. Highly recommend
