Immediately got off to a bad start with this company. It took three days for a return call, then Manuel showed up 90 minutes late for our meeting. No phone call to tell me that until I reached out to him after an hour. His response "I'm right down the street ". 30 minutes later he shows up.
Ok, I can look past the two issues , as he seemed so nice and helpful. He told me I would have an estimate in a day or so. After three days, I contacted Manuel regarding estimate, he promised it to me the next morning.
He came so highly recommended I was surprised he was such a flake

Doing major upgrades to a backyard, spending money, and hoping you hired the right person for the job is always going to be a little stressful in the beginning. After meeting with Steve, I liked what he had to say and we got started on installing a pool, hot tub, and astroturf. These guys were pretty amazing, they blazed through this process, it went so surprisingly quick, I think we were pretty much finished in about a month. Steve and Marge were really good about helping with the design. We had them design and construct a pool with jacuzzi. The design is contemporary and well done. The pricing is very reasonable. Steve was also helpful in getting permits and having the proper fence installed. They were prompt and finished timely. There has been some settling and they do a free one year recaulking around the top of the tile which they advised me to schedule with Manual. Manuel was the point person for the actual work. Steve is a great guy and so easy to work with, he told us we would have a pool in a month and he came through even with the pandemic and closures. He got it done in a month and we are thrilled with the results. I am telling you to call Steve, and he will get on it and get it done. His whole team from beginning to end were all completely professional and respectful. Communication from beginning to end was perfect. As owners of a new construction home we were in the market for not only a pool and a spa but a whole complicated backyard solution, including concrete, landscaping, patio covers, BBQ island, gas fire pit and artificial turf starting from scratch with a dirt lot only.

Very disappointing. We have been considering a few options for getting a pool installed on our property and reached out to Blue Oasis based on their website and HomeAdvisor to get an estimate. I made an appointment with Margo and specifically took off work to be home for the appointment. I received a confirmation call the night before and the appointment time was changed...ok no big deal I can work with that. The morning of the appointment less than two hours before they should be arriving I get a call saying they will have to reschedule and the soonest they can come would be a week later?! You

The home we purchased had a pool that was over 25 years old and badly in need of updating. We had 8 companies come and give us a bid. What an experience!
Three of the companies were unlicensed when we checked. Another was only licensed for pool maintanence, not pool installation/renovation. The bids we received were all over the place. Some very detailed with specs on equipment, some just "replace pool equipment". So my advice would be to thoroughly check out who you are dealing with before you sign a contract or give them $$$.
