What I love about these guys is honesty and trustworthiness. When I bought the house, the pool was showing some wear. A few years ago I had them out about a redo, and they shared with me that despite what the pool service folks were saying that I didn't need to shell out the money just then. When it was time to put a new surface in for MY enjoyment, I called Pool Tech! Prompt classy service from start to finish. We just had our 20 year pool redone by Pool Technicians. The experience with Denise and Jay the owner's was the best positive and fun project we have done in a long time. There was no up sales's and every part of the pool demo was on a schedule and Denise was always on site to check out the work being done. We also had new equipment installed and the technician Jayden was very knowledgeable and gave us so much information about our pool and equipment. In the desert to find a honest local family business is a rare. The pool exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our long term

Jayden did a great job installing a new pool filter and some minor spa repairs at a price that was affordable to my parents. Work came in at the quoted price. Also no payment was needed early or on day of repairs...mailed and emailed the bill after work was done. Office staff was great too. I live out of the area and it helped having a company I could count on to be reliable and affordable for my parents...Will definitely call them for future repairs.

I have Jadden come out to service/repair our pool a couple of times, most recently getting the pool light repaired. He is the most knowledgeable and capable pool guy I've ever met - and very pleasant too. Like most people, I've used several other pool companies that give fair or adequate service, but nothing compares to this company. Highly recommended!

The advice and service from Pool Tech ( Jay and Jaydon ) has been top notch. They have repaired what we have, upgraded equipment, repaired coping and bead blasted our tile. A full range of repairs and enhancements. The service has been excellent. Jay has offered sound and reasonable advice and Jaydon is an excellent tech with a soft spot for dogs -- a kind soul. I can't say enough good attributes about them ( including Denise in the office ).

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Pool Technicians from start to finish were on time and very professional and that includes their office personal. The technician that came out to do the installation of new pool equipment was Jaden. Jaden was very professional and knowledgeable, he cleaned up after himself and walked me through how the new controller works and all of the features. If I ever need any pool work Pool Technicians is my first and only call.

Pool Technicians delivered great service--as it always does! I needed to replace an ancient heater and Pool Technicians' owner came out to discuss my options. He was very informative and very responsive. Once I'd decided what to buy, PT made it happen. In addition to the new heater, Jadon cleaned up years of messy copper and pvc piping that had become a leaky eyesore. It feels like my 40+ year old pool is new again. I'm looking forward to my full remodel with Pool Technicians next year!

Jadon is unbelievable! He knows pools and pool equipment and has remarkable diagnostic skills. He checked out all our Hayward salt system and pumps. He replaced a couple of transformer-related wiring issues, cleaned our salt cell until it was perfectly free of calcium buildup, found a replacement Jandy RS4 controller on eBay, rerouted some heater wires to uncluttered the area, and more. He is personable, explains things clearly, and when he leaves, things works. He is a bargain and a pleasure to work with.

Pool Technicians, Inc. is a great, GREAT company. I have a 40+ year old pool with hard to find replacement parts. PT's Technician Jeremy was able to fashion working parts from scrap! The pool is working perfectly. The price was much lower than I had anticipated. The service was professional, on time, friendly and very responsive. Also, Stephanie was always available by phone and a complete professional. It's taken me over 20 years of pool ownership to finally find a company that provides consistently excellent service!

Pool Technicians are fabulous. We highly recommend them. They cleaned our tile which had been damaged by our former pool cleaning guy when he used sand blasting to clean it. Pool Technicians has the best system for cleaning tile, no mess and it cleaned the tile up easily. Jay managed to restore the damaged tile and now it looks as good as new. He is a miracle worker with tile. Very professional!

It was so nice to finally find a company that actually shows up on time, is honest and has very reasonable rates. Jadon was wonderful and fixed our problem so quick. He even checked the whole system for proper function, helped clean filters, unblocked the filter housing and was so thoughtful and knowledgeable.

Our regular pool service noticed that the salt cell was without power, the fuse was melted, and recommended Pool Technicians for the repairs.
Jadon arrived promptly as scheduled by the office, and called ahead as promised. he quickly diagnosed the cause, salt cell clogged with calcium build-up, which caused the wiring to overheat.
He showed us how to clean ( not their typical scope of work ) with a dilution of Muriatic Acid and Water, replaced the fuse with an inexpensive ( old fashioned car fuse ) and offered to stop by again at the end of the day on his way back to their shop to check on the
