It pains me to write this review. To clarify, this review is in regard to Erwin Monterroso, operating as EM Pool Service as a subcontractor under VM Pool Service and Repair.
I like Erwin, who is personable and friendly. However, my latest transaction with him has been very disappointing and frustrating. We hired Erwin to do some important repairs to our pool and spa that were time sensitive. It took repeated efforts to get estimates in writing. During the work, Erwin was not reliable: forgetting to bring the tools necessary for the job, so he had to borrow mine, and forgetting to bring a wetsuit
