Attempted to repair a spa, then said he did not have the required tools in his truck. Told me he would return the next day and would call when he was on his way. The next day at 3PM I text him and asked if he was still coming to the property. He replied, "That is the plan, if I can't I'll be there tomorrow." Haven't heard from him since.

We inherited J&R Pools when we purchased this house and they are the only vendors we have continued to use. Our pool always looks great. Jose performs weekly cleaning and regular maintenance for us and also warns us when something may be going wrong. He is easy to reach and easy to talk to. We highly recommend J&R Pools!

Jose, owner of J&R pools and his brother Miguel are very dependable and knowledgeable about the pool systems. Their rates are also very reasonable. If I have a problem they know exactly what to do. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as I do with other pool services.
I would highly recommend J&R Pools. It's hard to find people who do such quality work.

I stumbled across J & R Pools while on a walk though Trilogy. As I had with several other pool cleaning services, I asked them to give me a quote and to talk for a while (interview them) so I could get a feel for their capability. I found Jose to be extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and reasonably priced so I hired him.
As I had expected Jose found a number of issues with my pool and he was able to provide objective evidence of the problems (example there were a number of cracked seals that needed to be replaced something my prior service provider could NOT diagnose).
