We have used these guys once before and just used them for the second time which says a lot for us. We've been less than impressed with other carpet cleaning companies. Super steam has done a nice job at our home and we will use them again! Bill was professional and worked hard when he was here. The carpets look great!

Bill Witzke removed spots and deep problem stains that two other carpet cleaners failed to remove over three years. I had some concerns about certain stains in my carpet and his reassurance calmed me. He was courteous and very professional. He set proper expectations and let me know step by step processes. The carpet guy showed up early. The basement carpet was my biggest concern with a number of mystery stains. He managed to get a very large oily area on the landing that I never thought possible to get rid off. I had tried on numerous occasions to rent a rug doctor machine but not very good results.
The carpet cleaner was extremely thorough and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend to others needing this service.

This was my second tine using Super Steam because I had such a great experience the first time and yet again yesterday! Bill was the employee who did both cleanings and he is really amazing. Very kind, punctual, and thorough. I had 2 big stains and he was able to work them out really well. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs carpet cleaning. But know they do more than carpets!!

When I called to discuss having my carpets cleaned and they offered me a "special" which included @850 so ft. I knew my home had more carpet than that and she explained that there would be some additional fees for added square footage and small fees for putting pet enzymes down after i mentioned some pet stains. I have never paid more than $250 for carpet cleaning before so you can imagine my surprise when they gave me the bill of $550!!! They charged me $160 to spray a pet enzyme that probably cost them $20. The guy who came was here and gone in 3 hours. TOTAL PRICE GOUGERS!!!!!!!

They got me in on a same day request, arrived on time and got the job done (vent cleaning). I observed their vent cleaning process and expected a little more, but I'm not familiar with standard practices. For instance, the wire brush was not connected to a drill or something to turn the brush (if it was, I missed it), it was simply manually turned/agitated. There was a separate tube to collect the debris, and I could tell the suction was pretty strong. We also opted to have the vents sanitized for extra $s--that amounted to a 2-3 quick spurts of sanitizer/solution into the intake and running

Bill was super friendly and really great with my kids. Arrived during the time he said he would. Carpets seem well cleaned and overall really happy with the service. Would give five stars but the cost was much higher than should have been, in my opinion. Over $100 for one room and stairs. $60 would have been more appropriate.

So we just purchased a new home. We asked the sellers to clean the carpets because of their pets. The sellers agreed. They contracted super steam to clean the carpets. When we did our final walk through the carpets looked like crap. So I called super steam and asked them to come out and clean the carpets again. They agreed, which I am thankful for. They sent the same tech out again. He explained that the previous owners paid for the pet treatment only in the downstairs family room. We moved in a week ago and since then I kept smelling a nasty smell in the basement. What I would describe as a rotting

Super Steam was by far the best 'shot in the dark' when I needed carpets cleaned. I found their coupon and set an appointment. Joe arrived on time and really worked hard to get our carpeted areas super clean and not soggy, as some companies leave a carpet soaking wet after cleaning. Joe paid special attention to the stairs. Their pricing was more than fair for the amount of work Joe did. Awesome work ethic! I definitely will use them in the future, excellent work.
