I verified that this company is insured. I scheduled the full service inside and out window clean. My house was cleaned in two stages due to weather restrictions cleaning the outside. Both guys were very professional and polite. I am happy with the quality of their work, though I did have to ask them to redo two screens and some window tracks because they were not sufficiently clean. In the end I was satisfied except for they left ladder marks on the wall inside my house very high up on the wall where I cannot reach to clean it off. When Simon learned about the marks he contacted me right away

The guys were on time and professional. I work from home and had sessions scheduled all am - they did my office first and did not interrupt or disrupt work in any way. When they were done, my windows were spotless and the sills and screens looked great. Highly recommend this crew!!

Very pleased with this company! Business owner, Szymon, came to my house very quickly after I called to do an estimate, and was very professional and thorough, even explaining that a couple of my double-pane windows had leaked. and the fog I was seeing was not from outside film or dirt. He also explained that I could have just the glass replaced without replacing the entire window! I contracted to have all of the outside windows cleaned, and am very, very happy with the way they look, the promptness of the workmen, their camaraderie as they worked and their professional interaction with me. They deep cleaned our complete office last Friday. They were here on time to the early side. They touched base with me through the whole process to make sure it was up "to your level of satisfaction." They were able to remove all spots except drops of varnish on the carpet, which of course, won't come out totally, although you can hardly see them. The team was warm, friendly, professional and desirous of meeting our standards. In short, the team was great and the end results to our carpet was great as well! I highly recommend them!

Upon (prompt/early) arrival, absolute concierge service - solved the challenges our home presented, calmly and confidently in less than 5 minutes. Szymon and his crew were on time and ready to work. They thoroughly cleaned my exterior windows beautifully in a timely manner. I have numerous high windows and they had no issues. I will have them back when the weather cools to clean my interior windows.

I am the facilities manager at a local church here in Colorado Springs. I have been using Advanced Window Cleaning for months and have been very satisfied with their work. The owner Szymon has been a joy to work with, he is very professional and has taken care of everything I have asked of him. The staff at Advanced has been professional and very easy to work with as well! They do an amazing job with the all the window cleaning we have given them.
