We were very happy with how Rich was able to get all the stains out of our carpet! Our carpet is approximately 20 years old and now looks almost like new. Carpet Doctor is using new and improved stain removal products, and in my opinion, they work!

Randy, the Carpet Doctor, did an excellent job of stretching the carpet to remove the ripples. With his helper, Rich, they moved heavier furniture, vacuumed and cleaned up. We are really happy with their service and we highly recommend them!

Guy skipped out on a job. Set up a time. Said he got frustrated, he got lost, pur roads were too rough. Actually made ot to our house and turned around at the TOP of our driveway and left. We even waved at him. He never called for help or directions. Now we're screwed and have to move our showings.

Carpet stretch and re-install of a section of our basement with cleaning of entire house carpets and two area rugs was done well and in a timely manner. As well, sectional upholstery was also cleaned. All work was done to our satisfaction with one concern. The cleaning solution contained no deodorizing "fresh smell" additive. It was very disappointing after all the work it takes to pull your house apart for carpet cleaning, that we had an end result that was no better than when we started. Our carpets are only 2 years old with no pet stains or other issues, but we really were looking
