Jordan and Jacob were fantastic. Got pictures of what was clogging vent system. Took care of everything quickly. Dryer now working correctly finally. Had hired another company previously who only cleaned duct and showed camera showing light didn't clear vent on top of roof. Planet duct found 3/4 in lint compressed stuck to screen. Very Happy with their service.

I was very impressed with Planet Duct. I had them come clean the ducts of our new build from all the construction dust. They arrived on time. They explained how the whole process was going to go. They took all precautions to make sure they did not dirty or damage my home. They wore shoe covers, they put down big blankets, put wall corner protectors on and also vacuumed areas. They sent pictures of what they found and they even caught errors in my homes duct work that was not up to code. Very professional people and company!

The two workmen who came to our home, Ryan and Julian, were presentable and engaging, and did a perfect job of . . . our ducts hadn't been cleaned since our home was built in 1986--so they had a job on their hands! They left everything in the house perfectly clean in and around where they worked, and our home smells fresh now. At my apartment complex, the air intake vent was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. So I raised my concerns to the apartment manager and they had Planet Duct come out. John O. and Bryan were the technicians who came out to assist with cleaning out the air ducts. These two gentleman were professional and efficient. They took their time to make sure that everything was done correctly and vacuumed through each air duct in my apartment. They also sprayed solution into the ducts to keep them clean. These guys were great. I have dust allergies and was having a very hard time in the house I recently purchased. I called these guys and they knocked it out of the park! We were all having allergy attacks of some type and with the Covid 19 going on we decided to give cleaning the ducts a try. We are all breathing easier now and don't have the allergy issues as bad. I'm very happy with the service, the technicians paid close attention to detail, and were very professional. They are very thorough and put protective devices everywhere to avoid damaging walls or floors. They even provide before and after pictures of the inside of the duct, I was very surprised with how much dust came out!

My dryer vent problem wouldn't be rated 'Average' by dryer vent dryer obstacle standards: it would be rated 'Difficult.'
Before the Planet Duct team of Brandon and Marcus (I believe that's his name) came to fix this, already a tall sized kitchen garbage can full of of lint had been pulled out by myself and a handyman doing his best. The handyman and I realized after about two hours and after a dryer vent brush got stuck, that professionals needed to be called in.
That's where Planet Duct worked their magic. I like to troubleshoot house problems myself when possible

The guys at Planet Duct were absolutely amazing! They got here ahead of schedule, and got to work right away. They cleaned the dryer vent from both inside and out as well as an outside duct that we weren't sure about where it led to. They also discovered and alerted us to some serious issues with our dryer vent so we were able to address it before it anything serious happened. They went above and beyond just the basics, and I will be calling them back when we are ready to do the rest of the house vents as well as our carpet cleaning.
