WARNING
I hired this company to steam clean carpets, area rugs and tile floors.
I noticed that one particular guy was extensively looking at all areas of my home. Exactly 7 days to the date, my home was broken into.$20,000 worth of valuables were stolen not including cost of jewelry.
No other explanation for robbery.

I really really wanted to like this business. The owners were lovely which is why it pains me to write this.
I needed 3 rugs cleaned. I had the sizes and had discussed the rates with Louise. The price she quoted me was about $50 less than other places I had called. I was thrilled when I went to drop off my rugs and saw that they were veteran owned and run. However, I felt like I had walked into an ashtray. Even through my mask, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. I commented and was assured my rugs would not smell like smoke. Louise seemed surprised that I could smell it. I was stupified that

Thank you Admiral Chem Dry. These guys did an awesome job on my Persian Rug. This carpet has traveled for 50 years with my family from my dad's first International job in Iran to Portugal, Finland, Indonesia, Germany, Mexico, Houston, Hong Kong, Fort Myers and finally to my home in San Antonio. I couldn't trust this family heirloom to just anyone.

Researched for days about carpet cleaning options. I was concerned about regular steam cleaning processes for my 2 story home. A friend recommended Chem-Dry so I gave them a call. Their staff was super friendly and informative. They came out, did my estimate and carpet cleaning the same day. James and Jesse did a FABULOUS job! My carpets look better now than they did when I bought my house brand new 8 years ago!!! I will definitely be using Admiral Chem-Dry for all my future carpet cleaning needs.

I have been using Mike and his team for years now. They are professional and do a great job. Dolores who answers the phones and schedules is sweet. I have 2 large dogs and you can not tell that any animals live here once they leave. The carpets are clean and smell amazing. There is no chemical after smell. The carpets dry relatively quickly as well. Highly recommend. Pricing is fair and might even be better than competitors

First of all let me say that 2 days prior i had called chem dry by the millers. two young people arrived and i explained that the carpet was old and all i wanted was the basic cleaning. no bells and whistles added on since i was going to eventually put in new carpet. the 2 guys were running behind when they arrived so i asked if they would as a courtesy do a super small area.(the area was a few square feet.) let me back up, when i said i did not want all the extras there was a look of disappointment on their faces! anyway back to the courtesy situation. one of the guys asked me what type of work

The first time I used them, in 2013, David, Joe and Michael were very professional and provided me with a quote up front. The price was very fair. Their work was thorough and quick. I am just amazed at how clean this 15+ year old carpet looks! The dog pee stains are gone, and although it didn't smell bad in here before, my home is now filled with a refreshing citrus scent.

Roommate's dog urinated on my magazine pretty couch. Roommate had Chem-Dry clean my couch. They actually took her away to their warehouse, then brought her back wrapped up like new. Yes, my couch is a lady. A fluffy, cuddly, feminine piece of furniture. The employees were all very friendly, and promised to take good care of my beloved couch while she was with them.

I had been dissatisfied with prior rug cleaners, but was persuaded to try Admiral by the favorable reviews. The work was done weeks ago but I am still thrilled with the results. I was going to throw away one rug which had been repeatedly cleaned by another famous company with poor results. Mike Hill restored it better than new. An employee told me, "Of course it came out good--he did it personally by hand." Where do you get that kind of caring and expertise in today's world. I found out about this company from driving by their business and seeing their "3 rooms for 99.00" special sign outside. I called them at 6:00 on Thursday, the lady who setup the initial meeting was very patient with us because we had ALOT of questions. We have dogs so I needed to make sure that they could handle the pet fur and the clean up needed. She had 2 guys come the next day on time at 12:00 to give us an estimate. David Cardenas is who did our floors. They actually showed up ready to clean the carpets too, not just ready to provide the estimate. We have had our carpets done before
