Very disappointed in this company. I have waited all day for them just so I can get a call 30 mins before the time frame ends that they are no longer able to come out today. What is even worse is that I got a call earlier to push out my time frame later in the day for them and I still got burned. All I got from them is that there is no one else can come out because everyone went home. Very disgusted with the unprofessionalism of this company, not holding incompetent employees accountable and for lousy customer service. They manager never tried to remedy the problem or offer any solution. Never

Although they were delayed and came late, I was kept up to date on when they would be there. The service was great! Carpets looked amazing and the tech was very professional and polite. I won't lower stars just because a company is late. Things happen that are out of peoples control.

Hire them and you will not be disappointed. Best price and service! Christian was amazing, really kind, and super professional. My room looks and smells amazing. I am so happy! I'm also really impressed that the price was $69 just as I was told and not a penny more. I also really liked how I could leave a tip. Thank you so much! I'll recommend you to anyone I know who needs a steam cleaner.

My carpets were so filthy from my dogs and tracking in dirt from our backyard. Dark spots all over the place. I also had contemplated getting a new couch but decided to see if getting it cleaned would help.. steam Smart was very easy to schedule. They did an amazing job! My carpet looks better than when I moved in and my couch is brand new! Definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer!

These guys did an AWESOME job!!! My tenants left our house in a terrible condition, stains on the carpets and black grout. We had all carpet and tile/grout cleaned and I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. 95% of the grout returned to the original light beige color (all but high traffic areas like kitchen which was a medium beige color). You can see my photo of the grout halfway cleaned. Carpets were almost completely rejuvenated as well. Better than I could have expected!! Would highly recommend!!!

Damaged the inside of my door and did nothing but argue about it. On top of that their machine was broken and they were at the house for over 2 hours. Completely unprofessional and rude to my mother when she pointed out the door was damaged who was present at the house while they were cleaning. Used them on a gamble because of Groupon, will only use Steamy Concepts in the future. I would not be leaving this review if this company would take responsibility for their terrible customer service and damaging my door.

I usually just rent a rug doctor and do my carpet but Steam Pro happened to contact me the same day when my dog got sick all over the dining room area. I have used them twice prior to this.
Dwane was my carpet tech and he did a great job. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgable. He practiced Covid19 precautions by showing up with a mask and social distanced during the carpet treatment. My carpet looks as good as new and can't even tell (or smell) what my dog had done before. Recommend.

I had Bill as my tech, he is very chill and quiet. Which is cool because I am not a huge talker. Bill did a thorough job making sure that any spots were pretreated and came up when cleaning. Bill made sure the lines all looked good as well, which is OCD appreciated. My carpets smell and look clean. I will definitely use Steam Smart Pro again and will be requesting Bill.

I purchased a Groupon for this company and I am so happy I did. Our white travertine-like floors were desperately in need of a cleaning. I couldn't stand it anymore. Juan came out to clean our townhome today and he did an awesome job! Our floors look like new and he was so professional and courteous. What a nice guy! We are very pleased with the service and the results. In addition, their office person, Lupita, was very courteous. I also like their appointment reminders - very professionally done. I highly recommend this company!

We had the upstairs bedrooms hallway and stairs carpet cleaned. Technician called ahead before he arrived and got to work right away soaking the carpet. He told us it should be dry in six hours with all the fans going. We did as instructed and returned 24 hours later to find the carpet still very wet. He hadn't gone under anything and didn't even lift up the lightest objects such as wastebasket, light weight chairs legs, under beds...just went around everything and didn't even go into corners or open closet doors.

Smart, efficient, fast and professional. Steam smart pro was the best decision I've made in order to make my carpets fresh and like new.
I have used a previous company who actually left a bunch of soap in my carpet making it look worse than it did before they came. Steam smart pro recognized that and fixed the issue in one visit.
