Oh my gosh mark was soo much help. I came in stressed thinking we wouldn't be able to get a car. An walked away very happy. Couldn't ask for anything better-jazmyn and Noah :Edit. Mark and Ralph was absolutely amazing and made my car buying process seamlessly and pain fear. Mark told me exactly what I needed to bring and I told him my expectations and he went above and beyond my request. Update: I took my 2009 Nissan cube to my mechanic he told me that my car was one of the best looking used cars he has seen in a long time. he told me there's absolutely nothing wrong with my car and the only thing that I need to do is keep up with the oil changes and just do regular maintenance on a car but there's absolutely nothing wrong with my car I will definitely come back again to get another car from Auto Action.

I would love to give no stars but that is not an option. I went to Richard because i fell on hard times and needed a vehicle but my credit was not the best. Richard seemed friendly and little did i know that behind my back he went to my fiance and his best friend and told them my credit score was one of the worst they have ever seen and then disclosed my credit score to them both while i was not present. During the sale of the car Richard had a selling point stating on a vehicle it had BRAND NEW tires and kept repeating the BRAND NEW tires were such a great feature so i purchased the vehicle. Fast

First of all nobody greets you when you walk in. I have bad credit but they said they could work with me, I went to buy a car, put down $1,000.00, it took 6 hours to get into a vehicle that had NO gas, was dirty inside and out, rear tail light was out, had no remote to turn off the loud beeping you hear when you unlock the vehicle-so i had to hurry and turn on engine for it to stop, and 10% of oil in engine, I know it takes a minute to get into a car but Seriously?! The guy who sold the vehicle to me, Esteban Martinez, didn't know what the hell he was doing, had to ask over and over again
