The men at Glendale Auto Source made my first car buying experience a great one! Having no knowledge about cars, I was super nervous picking out a used car by myself, but Herb and Jay were kind and helpful to me as if I was their own daughter. They had no problem with my mechanic inspecting the vehicle before purchase. I Honestly was going to give them a great review. But after I took my car into a shop to have a tune up an have the oil changed. I would now give them zero stars! Jay and Herb both told me that they have every car they sell inspected by the shop next door to them, to make sure that cars they sell were not hazardous out on the road. They allowed me to take the car to a shop to have it inspected. Instead of taking it to a shop I knew I could trust. I trusted a so called friend who talked me into taking it to her families shop. Since it was down the street I trusted them an the two men that assured

I shopped online for a couple weeks before I came upon my car at Courtesy. I went to the dealership and was introduced to Art. He was very easy-going and made the experience better than expected. I actually left to visit other dealerships but ultimately came back to Courtesy. I gave Art my number and we worked to come close to what I felt was a good deal. I would recommend Art and the rest of the crew at Courtesy for anyone needing a new or used car.

Awesome guys to deal with. I purchased a 1989 Pontiac formula from Mark. He was awesome. It's hard to buy a car when your 1800 miles away. They were nice enough to send me videos of the car also. I did have a private company go out and inspect the car for me for 200.00. The car was everything that Mark said it was. My inspector rated the car a 4/5. There were some minor things wrong with it but thats to be expected when your buying a 30 year old car. But they are very minor things. It's good to see there are some honest salesman out there like Mark. I feel I got a great deal on a great
