Instead of leasing a car to travel east, I purchased a 2016 RAV4 from Fantasy Auto. I drove it back to Maine without incident and have actually put about 9K miles since the purchase. I love it and am very satisfied with it.

Genuine and honest. Called and where very pleasant on the phone so decided to make the trip. Once there Joe (super kind guy) was showing me around and taking test drives with me on every car I wanted. Once I found the one, Mark took care of me and honestly got me an unexpected amazing rate and the process was super quick. Didn’t spend much time signing and I was out of there driving my new car. Hands down very nice people to deal with, no pressure sales and honestly will work with you regardless of your situation. Recommend anyone to at least give them a shot. Mark is a real down to earth kind of guy and handled my sale perfectly. I purchased a beautiful 2015 Lexus IS 250 sport sedan. Mark gave me a great deal over the phone before I made the hour and a half long trip. He handled all the licensing, taxes and registration paperwork. My car was cleaned and detailed and he made sure I had a full tank of gas for my drive home. Id recommend this dealership for people who don't want to be hassled while shopping for a used luxury vehicle.

Car was listed on craigs list and was exactly what as shown. Young guys showed me the vehicle. Very nice and quick to get the details I asked for. Vehicle needed vacuumed and cleaned but just from sitting not from use. The guy that finished the deal was efficient and gave me the numbers up front. I didn't have a trade in and my own financing so was pretty easy. I would use them again

Having lost sight in one due to an outdoor accident I am not able to continue driving. I wished to sell my 2008 Rav4 Toyota. I approached "Fantasy" as they seemed to be the used car dealer closest to my home. Mark came out gave me a bid for $5,500; told me had the check with him; I wanted $6,600 and declined. I bought a 2011 Audi here. The risk you take with a used car is you don't know what you are getting. My car had some issues. Admittedly, I was scared and worried. I mean, I just bought this car after all.
But Fantasy Auto was not going to let me buy a car that was not 100! They went aboard and beyond to make sure I was in a safe car and I was happy!
I will buy my next car here! I recommend them because they took care of me, like family! Of course, I'm going to drive my new (used) Audi for a few years :)

We had a good experience at Fantasy Auto Sales. My son picked out the car and because we are on opposite ends of the city, they were willing to stay open late for me to get there to check it out and test drive it. The transaction was smooth, the process was easy, they worked with us in all aspects. We did have an issue with the vehicle less than a week after we purchased it and Mark worked with us and sent us to the dealership and the issue was covered under warranty and was fixed for free. DO NOT BUY. I purchased what i thought to be a beautiful 07 Yukon Denali from fantasy auto. I was told the vehicle had a 120 point inspection done and everything was in working order. 3 days after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on. I informed Mark of the issue and was instructed to bring it back in for his mechanic to look at. When i picked the vehicle up later that day the check engine light was off and i assumed they fixed the problem. . approximately 50 miles later the light came back on. I had the great pleasure of working with Mark in buying a surprise Mercedes SLK for my wife. He had all the appropriate info on the car and spent a good deal of time going over all the details before we quickly settled on a price. This was my second purchase and experience with this fine establishment. The lot is packed tight with more luxurious upper quality automobiles than you can decide on in various makes, models, and styles. The staff is courteous and quite knowledgeable about what they sell and that is impressive in and of itself, because of the diversity of vehicle brands on the lot. As proof, I purchased a Ford Mustang GT previously and, returned to purchase a BMW 535i. Both experiences were smooth and consistently enjoyable. And yes, I was able to get the fantasy car I dreamed of...twice! Thanks guys!

Honestly, this was the absolute BEST car buying experience I've ever had in my life. All of their cars are very well-taken care of and at excellent prices. Even better is their customer service. I never once felt any pressure to buy anything from them and I was free to look around the lot at my own leisure.
When I finally found the car I wanted, they made the financing process incredibly quick and easy. There was one issue with the center console but they took care of it a few days later and even fixed another issue that I had totally forgotten about. My car is a 2011 but it looks brand new

Just picked up another car from here! They are always friendly and helpful. They offer a carfax with every car and will tell you as much as they know about the vehicle's history. All of their vehicles are high end cars. They typically have low miles with very great prices for the year/miles. Plus, they give top dollar for trade ins.

I have to start this by saying I despise car dealerships so bad, i would pay an extra $5K to not have to go into one, but Fantasy Auto and their team might have change my mind but only for their dealership!
I didn't have to waste my whole day playing games for the price. I called ahead of time, asked them for their bottom line and without thinking he gave it to me. I went online and filled out their financing app and went in the very next day. Later on talking to the lender, he let me know they sold it to me for a couple hundred dollars below wholesale value, which I know would've taken
