KPM did a great job on our roof replacement, including replacement of most of the plywood at our request and install of 50-year shingles. The cost of the job was very reasonable, and much less than other bids. And they were able to do the whole job without disturbing the existing gutters. Good cleanup afterwards. Job was completed in two days, as promised.

I could not recommend this company as they are not customer oriented. It appears that the company is handled by one man -- the owner. It takes time to receive a call back or email/text replies.
Everything seemed just fine until we signed a contract and paid 1/2 as a down payment. We were told that we will hear from someone the next day regarding the scheduling. A few days went by, our check was cashed but no scheduling call. We contacted the office, at this time the weather was staring to turn cold. Based on GAF instructions, the roof installation is not recommended when temperature is below

Jim has saved us twice. He came over the next day after a terrible storm and put a patch on our roof for a very reasonable price. With the storm hitting everyone - so thankful. As it ended up taking us another 6 weeks to schedule a new roof replacement. Thankfully ended up only needing half a roof - but experienced no leaks till it could be properly fixed.
Just recently he found the cause of our ceiling leak and caulked it solid. Ended up being front house bricks and front window issues and not the window box flashing like I had assumed. He investigated and probed until he figured it out

Avoid. Vendor doesn't return calls or messages. Had them give us an estimate for a small repair. I agreed to the price and they said they would be in touch within a few days to schedule the work. A couple weeks went by and no word from them so I called (many times) to no avail. Finally I got a return call, they were apologetic for lack of follow up and said they would give me a call in a day or two to schedule the job for early the following week. Again no response and no answer/return phone calls. Avoid.

Once ordered, I specified which dates (I had to pick 3 different dates/times) I would like the work done. The same evening I placed the order, I received an email from KPM (Jason) who stated they would only be available to come on the last date I picked and wanted to know if that was okay. I replied back and told him yes. I then followed up with a text to Jason's cell phone the very next day. Two days had passed without any word from KPM.
